ころにあり、これがため、本発明にあつては、マ
イクロ波の加熱殺菌用のキヤビテイ内を通るコン
ベア上に、傾斜枠付きバケツトを取付け、キヤビ
テイのコンベア出口側の外側に、キヤビテイに近
接した位置であつて、バケツトの傾斜枠の最高位
に対応する位置のコンベアの上側にシールロール
を、下側に受部を対設することによつてその問題
点の解決を図つている。

2は、材質的にはマイクロ波による放電現象を防
ぐためにプラスチツクがよく、耐熱性、耐摩性を
考慮してテフロン等が最高であが、包装麺の場合
は比較的殺菌温度は低くてもよいから、例えばベ
ークライトのような他のプラスチツクでもよい。

(発明の効果) 本発明は、包装体を加熱することなく食品だけ

も比較的簡単であるというマイクロ波加熱による
殺菌手段を、従来から行なわれていた蒸気殺菌
(レトルト)に代えて、包装麺等の殺菌に採用す
るにあたり、マイクロ波加熱による包装袋内の蒸
気圧力の上昇を防ぐために、ベルトコンベアに取
着けられた傾斜枠を有するバケツトに包装袋の開
放端を傾斜枠の最高位の位置に載置して送ること
により、袋体内の包装麺等が安定した状態にあつ
て、漏出することがないようにするとともに、加
熱により上昇する空気、蒸気圧にて袋体を破裂さ
せることなく、しかもそのシール位置をマイクロ
波加熱装置のキヤビテイから出た直後に行なうよ
うにしたものであるから、殺菌効果が充分にして
雑菌等が入ることなく、形崩れ等のない極めて衛
生的な包装麺等の包装製品を得ることができ、装
置も比較的簡単ですみ、従来のH2O2等の化学的
殺菌と同等の効果を有するものである。
