(産業上の利用分野)
この発明は、自動車用天井材およびその製造方法に関す

(従来の技術)
自動車用内装材として用いられている天井材の従来にお
ける主なものは、フェルト、紙類あるいはプラスチック
等の所定厚の板状体からなる芯材に、プラスチックレザ
ー等からなる表面材及び裏面材が積層接着されたもので
ある。またその製造方法は、第3図のように芯材10と
表面材12及び裏面材14を、その積層面に接着剤を塗
布して、プレス型16.18によりプレス成形し、接着
一体化すると同時にプレス型面形状に賦形するか、ある
いは芯材、表面材及び裏面材を積層接着後、別工程によ
りプレス成形しプレス型面形状に賦形することにより行

るいは裏面材に無理な伸び又は変形によにしわ等を生じ

ャビティ面46に至る真空吸引穴を設けておき、真空吸
引により裏面材28をキャビティ面46に吸引密着する
ことにすれば、キャビティ42への裏面材28の装置を

(発明の効果)
この発明による自動車用天井材は、表面に緻密層を有す
る発泡体の該表面に塗膜が積層され、かつその発泡体の
他面に裏面材が積層された構成からなる。そのため、発
泡体の気孔構造により吸音性を高めることができたので
あり、発泡体表面の緻密層と塗膜とにより自動車用天井

及び裏面材に伸び、たるみ、変形等を来たさず、しわを
生じることがないので、良好な外観からなる自動車用天
