中間スリーブ2のボス部17に圧入し接触子基板
25の大径面を絶縁体32の受台33に当接し接
続片27がチツプ接触子6の接続片23と対向し
て軸線に平行に伸延し接触部28が軸線に向いて
凸面を形成する中間スリーブ接触子7と、前記固
定基台4の座付面と対向する面に密着し該固定基
台4の外径よりわずかに小径の直径を有し前記チ
ツプ1の端縁部14の端面と同一面を有する円形
に形成しスリーブ3の鍔部19および絶縁体32
の受台33並びに中間スリーブ2のボス部17お
よび中間スリーブ接触子7の取付部26と接続子
27の一部並びに絶縁体34の受台35およびチ
ツプ1の端縁部14とチツプ接触子6の取付部2
2および接続片23の一部を埋設する合成樹脂材
で形成した固定体9と、有底筒状に形成し底面中
央部に挿嵌口20を設けて形成し筒状の開口部内
周面を前記固定基台4の外周面と密接させて固定
するケース5と、合成樹脂材で有底筒状に形成し
たブツシユ本体29と該ブツシユ本体29の底部
中央に前記挿嵌口と同一径に同心に形成した貫通
孔30を設け筒壁内側に対向して対をなし、筒状
部開口縁から底面部迄軸線に平行に矩形形状の開
口溝31を形成し、ブツシユ本体29の外周面を
前記ケース5の内周面と密接し底面外周縁をケー
ス5の底面内周縁に当接し、筒状部開口縁を前記
固定体9の端面と当接し、チツプ接触子6の接触
片23と中間スリーブ接触子7の接続片27を開
口溝31内に嵌合し接触部24,28を開口縁か
ら突出して形成した絶縁ブツシユ8を設けて形成
したことを特徴とする小径プラグアダプター。
