体供給圧で移動し得るスリーブ１７と、このスリ
ーブ１７に固定され、そのスリーブ１７が流体圧
力で動作したとき、上記透孔１４よりダクト及び
貯蔵槽等の内部へ突出され、かつ多数のノズル孔
２８を設けたズル筒１６と、上記スリーブ１７内
に設けられて、外筒１１内へ供給された流体圧力
で上記スリーブ１７が透孔１４方向へ移動される
が、このスリーブ１７が所定位置まで移動された
とき開放して、上記流体をノズル孔２８より噴出
せしめるための弁１９と、外筒１１へ流体圧力が
作用しないときは、ノズル筒１６を外筒１１内へ
引き込ませるためのばね２４を具備せしめている
