After application, the label paper is peeled off from the release liner leaving a plurality of sticky notes and a thickness adjustment piece to form a unit sticky note paper, and a plurality of unit sticky note papers are overlapped to adjust the thickness. A method of making a sticky note book characterized by binding together at one end.
