The maximum loading capacity of a tank car is usually determined by the axle load of the tank car. Therefore, when loading a liquid with a high specific gravity onto a tank car for a liquid with a low specific gravity, it is necessary to reduce its loading capacity. In other words, the empty volume in the storage chamber of the tank car is increased, but it is dangerous to make this empty volume larger than the required specified empty volume.
This is because if the empty volume in the storage chamber is made larger than necessary, the liquid level will fluctuate greatly due to the acceleration/deceleration, vibration, impact, etc. of the tank car, causing the center of gravity to shift. For this reason, an excessive load may be applied to a particular axle, causing the axle to break, or even causing a risk of overturning or derailment. Therefore, in order to transport liquids with different specific gravities such as gasoline, naphtha, heavy oil, etc., conventionally,
Each time, the tank body was modified to reduce the volume of the storage space, or a new tank was replaced on the truck. Therefore, it was extremely troublesome and uneconomical.

る。 The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and provides a tank as described at the beginning, including a closed tank body having a manhole through which the contained liquid can be introduced and discharged, and a communication hole. a bag-like elastic body which has a partition wall provided therein, and whose bottom surface is flat and whose vertical cross section expands into a notched circular shape when filled with gas at a predetermined pressure;
In order to removably attach the bag-like elastic body to a predetermined position in the upper part of the tank body, each of the bag-like elastic bodies is provided with a mounting part provided on the inner wall of the tank body, and the manhole and the liquid are attached at a position corresponding to the manhole. The present invention relates to a tank characterized in that the bag-like elastic body is provided with an opening that communicates with the storage space of the tank. Therefore, in the tank according to the invention:
By simply setting the bottom height of the bag-like elastic body in the storage space appropriately, the substantial upper surface of the storage space, and thus the liquid level of the stored liquid, can be arbitrarily controlled. Therefore, different types of liquids can be stably transported in one tank.

That is, mounting fittings 4 are provided at predetermined locations on the inner wall surface of the tank body 1, and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the air bag 3 is attached to these mounting fittings 4 using bolts 5 or the like. It will be done. The air bag 3 is made of an elastic material such as rubber and has a bag shape, and its internal space is as follows.
It is divided into a plurality of chambers 8 by a partition wall 7 provided with communication holes 6 such as circular holes or slits.
When the air bag 3 is inflated by air being blown into it from the valve 9, the air bag 3 forms a substantially horizontal bottom surface 10, as shown in the figure. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, an opening 12 is provided at the center of the upper wall of the tank body 1 for taking in and out the stored liquid 11, and a dome 14 with a manhole 13 is formed surrounding this opening 12. has been done.
An opening 15 corresponding to the opening 12 is also formed in the center of the air bag 3, as shown in FIG.

As shown in the figure, a predetermined air bag 3 is attached to the upper part of the storage chamber 2. For this purpose, for example, first the air bag 3 without air is introduced into the storage chamber 2 through the opening 12, then the air bag 3 is inflated and then installed at a predetermined position.
As shown in FIG. 2, the upper surface of the air bag 3 is swollen in an arcuate shape approximately corresponding to the shape of the tank body 1. Therefore, the air bag 3 occupies most of the interior space of the storage chamber 2 above the bottom surface 10, except for the opening 15. That is, by using such an air bag 3, the internal volume of the storage chamber 2 can be substantially reduced. Even in the case of a liquid with a large specific gravity, the bottom surface 10 of this air bag 3,
That is, the liquid level can be set at a position separated from the substantial upper surface of the storage chamber 2 by the required specified empty volume. Therefore, since the fluctuation of the liquid level is controlled by the bottom surface 10 of the air bag 3, excessive movement of the center of gravity does not occur, and therefore stable transportation can be performed. Note that the gas pressure within the air bag 3 may be determined by taking into consideration the coefficient of expansion of the contained liquid, vapor pressure, cargo handling pressure, inertial water pressure, and the like. or,
If a safety valve is provided in the tank body 1, the pressure may be set slightly higher than the set pressure of this safety valve.

For example, if the air bag 3 has a structure in which a plurality of layers of chambers 8 are laminated in the vertical direction, and these layers are selectively inflated, the height of the bottom surface 10 of one air bag 3 can be varied. I can do it. Further, the shape of the tank body 1, the structure of the opening 12, etc. may be variously changed as necessary. Furthermore,
The present invention is not limited to railway tank cars, but can also be applied to, for example, tank truck cars.

実用的である。 As explained above, in the present invention, a bag-like elastic body filled with gas at a predetermined pressure is disposed in the upper part of the storage space of a tank, and the substantially horizontal bottom surface of this bag-like elastic body allows The height of the substantial upper surface of the accommodation space is defined. Therefore, even a plurality of types of liquids having different liquid levels due to different specific gravity can be stably transported in one tank. Moreover, in the present invention, a partition wall having a communication hole is provided inside the bag-like elastic body so that the bag-like elastic body swells into a predetermined shape when filled with gas at a predetermined pressure, that is, the bottom surface is flat. The bag-like elastic body is configured so that its vertical cross section swells into a cut-out shape, and a mounting portion for the bag-like elastic body is provided inside the tank body, and a manhole and internal liquid storage are provided in the portion of the bag-like elastic body that corresponds to the manhole. An opening is provided to communicate with the space. Therefore, the stored liquid can be taken in and out through the manhole many times with this bag-like elastic body attached to the tank body, and for this reason, for example, when transporting the same type of liquid many times, There is no need to shrink the bag-like elastic body or take it out from the tank body each time. In addition, the bag-like elastic body has self-shape retention due to the internal partition wall, and this keeps the bottom surface flat, so that the bottom surface of the bag-like elastic body is aligned with the liquid level of the contained liquid. The bag-like elastic body can be held at a predetermined distance from the bag, thereby ensuring a necessary specified empty volume and at the same time preventing the bag-like elastic body from being accidentally eroded by the contained liquid. Furthermore, the tank of the present invention is very practical because it can be used as is, for example, by just slightly modifying an existing tank.
