A constriction section 5 is arranged above to promote mixing of the vaporized fuel and air that have flowed in.

A part of the heater 4 is equipped with a temperature detection element to control the heating of the heater 4 or to create optimal fuel vaporization conditions. For example, in the case of kerosene, it measures the temperature of the vaporization surface of the vaporizer cylinder 1 facing the nozzle 2 and the bottom surface near it. The temperature was controlled at around 250°C.

It has a nozzle 2 for ejecting fuel, and a throat part 3 disposed concentrically on the outer circumference of the nozzle 2 and ejecting combustion air, and one of the nozzles 2 is supplied with fuel by a pump,
A blower (not shown) is connected to one side of the throat portion 3. A constriction part 5 is disposed above the vaporization cylinder 1 to mainly promote mixing of the vaporized fuel and air that has flowed in, and the air mixture that rises through the constriction part 5 is directed by a rectifying member 7 made of wire mesh or punched metal. The flame flows through the central opening of the cylindrical flow divider plate 8 to the outer periphery and is combusted through the flame hole 6. A cap 9 is provided on the upper surface of the flame hole 6 to close it off.

However, since the kerosene particles that always hit the surface facing the nozzle 2 of the vaporizer tube 1 are prevented from suddenly scattering by the uneven surface of the wire mesh 10 on the bottom, they reach the flame hole section 6 through the constriction section 5 etc. and are burned. There is no occurrence of red fire.

。In addition, in the present invention, the wire mesh 10 made of a copper-based material is fixed to the inner wall of the bottom surface of the vaporizer cylinder 1 with an inorganic adhesive, or is coated with heat-resistant paint, and has the same effect as the above-mentioned embodiment. The wire mesh 10 made of a copper-based material does not move due to impact or the like during transportation, making it more stable.

Even when the temperature exceeds ℃, the fuel particles that enter the vaporization cylinder are always vaporized in a good form without film boiling, and combustion continues, which expands the combustion range and prevents deterioration. It has the advantage of being able to vaporize even the fuel that has been burned, extending the life of the product, and allowing a wider range of fuels to be combusted.
