Claims (1)
- 先端に検出電極を取付けた絶縁パイプの内部に
、検出電極と接続され、この電極の検出電圧を分
圧する高抵抗器を収納し、前記絶縁パイプにプロ
ーブ支持金具を介してセンサ収納ケースを設け、
このケース内に高抵抗器と接続され、分圧された
電圧を検出する電気光学効果を利用した光学式電
圧センサを組込み、前記電圧センサに信号を外部
に取出す光フアイバを接続した静電気検出プロー
ブにおいて、絶縁パイプの外側に電気絶縁性の粉
体付着防止用パイプをかぶせて取付け、この粉体
付着防止用パイプの先端にエア供給源からのエア
を噴出するエア噴出孔を設け、更に検出電極の近
傍に検出電極に向けてエアを噴出するエア噴射部
材を配置したことを特徴とするカバー付き静電気
検出プローブ。
