Claims (1)
- 直線方向に絶対値スケールパターンを書き込ん
だ光デイスクスケールと、通常は該スケールの下
位パターンの読取りとし、電源立上時等（静止状
態）に、計測方向と直角方向に１回以上往復させ
て上位パターンを読み取る読取ヘツドと、該読取
ヘツドを駆動するリニアアクチユエータとを具備
してなることを特徴とするリニアスケール。
