【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動車等の内燃機関における排気系の
遮熱装置に関する。

にするために、上記排気系部材の下方又は上方等
にその長手に沿つて遮熱板を取付けることが知ら
れている。

つ防振的に保持させることができる。従つて、例
えば実開昭55−137213号公報のように遮熱板の支
持バンドを排気管に対して摺動させるものに比
べ、摺動面積を極めて小さくして摺動抵抗及び摺
動時に発生する異音を可及的に減少させることが
できると共に、排気管11の表面に施こした防食
処理が支持バンドの摺動により摩耗して耐久性を
低下させるといつた不都合がない。又実公昭55−
48097号公報のように遮熱板の支持バンドを排気
管等に溶接等で固着するものは、その溶接個所か
ら腐食して耐久性を損ねるおそれがあるが、本考
案はそのような不具合がなく耐久的であり、しか
も上記公報のように板ばね等の弾性支持部材を用
いることなく遮熱板を摺動可能にかつ防振的に保
持させることができる等の効果を有する。
