(Prior Art) Traditionally, pottery or porcelain is a vessel made of clay or stone powder made into a predetermined shape and coated with glaze to give it a glossy appearance, and is used for vases, incense burners, and ornaments. The application of this glaze prevents water from leaking from the utensils, makes them unbreakable and durable, and gives them a smooth appearance.

On the other hand, copperware is a vessel made of copper (mainly brass and bronze), and is also often used for vases, incense burners, and ornaments. This generally gives the impression that it is a more luxurious item than ceramics.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) By the way, attempts have been made to use ceramics that can be produced at a relatively low cost to give the surface of the ceramics an appearance unique to copperware. Because the surface was smooth, it was not possible to closely apply the coloring that gave the appearance of copperware to the surface.

Therefore, this invention was made based on the above-mentioned circumstances, and provides a method for coloring ceramics or glassware, in which the smooth outer surface of the ceramics is closely coated with the unique hue of copperware, which gives an image of luxury goods. The purpose is to provide.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The method for coloring ceramics or glass vessels according to the present invention is a method for coloring ceramics or glass vessels made of glazed and fired ceramics or glass. After applying the mold epoxy resin paint, the patterned surface was painted with paint, and the patterned surface was sprayed with metal powder dispersed in an organic solvent, and the surface to which the metal powder was attached was colored by dispersion treatment. After that, the metal powder was fixed and the painted surface was polished.

■Next, add 10% to 2% xylene to the main component of the epoxy resin.
A base resin containing 0% and 5% to 10% of methyl isobutyl ketone and a curing agent containing 50% to 60% of xylene mixed with polyamide amine were used for 100c6 of the main resin and 2% of the curing agent.
Mix at a ratio of 0 core to 30 core and stir thoroughly for 20 minutes or more.
After aging for 30 minutes, add 110 to 120 g of thinner.
This is applied to the surface of the treated vase by spraying it using an air sprayer. Thereafter, this is left to dry in a natural state (20° C.) for approximately 8 hours to form a first undercoat film on the surface of the vase. This first undercoat adheres strongly to the surface of the vase and has a rough coating surface, with a film thickness of approximately 15 to 25 microns.

(2) Next, a paint having almost the same composition as the above-mentioned main agent and curing agent is air sprayed onto the entire surface of the first undercoat film to form a second undercoat film. The main agent and curing agent used here are those commercially available from Dai 11 Honto Toyo Co., Ltd. under the trade name Ebonix #10.
The difference from the paint used when forming the first undercoat film is that the amount of xylene mixed into the main component of the epoxy resin is 20%.
The only difference is that it is larger by ~30%, and other components such as the main agent and curing agent, the mixing ratio, etc. are all the same. However, regarding drying after spraying the second base coat,
Natural drying takes 8 hours or more, and forced drying using a drying oven takes 20 to 25 minutes.
