Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply detect the landing of a moving investigation member even under a visual field non-acting state, by providing a detection member for detecting the pressure received when the moving investigation member lands regardless of the revolving position of said member to the outer periphery of the moving investigation member. CONSTITUTION:A large number of detection members 8 for detecting the pressure applied to a moving investigation member 2 are arranged to the outer periphery of the moving investigation member 2 in the short axis direction thereof at a predetermined pitch. At the time of such a state that the pressure from the surface 5 of the sea bottom is applied to the moving investigation member 2 even when the moving investigation member 2 is landing on the surface of the sea bottom, the spring 6 of at least one detection member 8 is compressed in the direction shown by an arrow so that a pin 3 is brought into contact with a contact 7 and the opening and closing state of the pin 3 and the contact 7 is indirectly detected by a means composed of a transmission apparatus for transmitting said state to a ship by an electric signal.

For example, when a cable is laid on the seabed, and the seabed is made of hard rock with uneven surfaces, the cable may be laid over two or more convex portions, straddling a concave position. be. In this case, the contact portion between the cable and the rock will slide over a long period of time due to the influence of the tidal current, ultimately leading to the risk of accidents such as cable breakage.

The present invention was made in view of the above situation, and it is not by direct means such as visual inspection by divers or camera photography, but by indirect means that it is possible to easily and reliably connect cables even under conditions where visibility is poor. The object of the present invention is to provide a device for investigating the landing state of a cable laid on the water bottom, which can detect the landing state of a cable laid on the water bottom. That is, the landing state investigation device for a cable laid on the underwater bottom of the present invention comprises: a movable investigation member loosely inserted into a cable laid on the underwater bottom and rotatably attached to the outer circumference of the cable; and the movable investigation member. a traction wire lobe, in which the movable investigation member is rotatably connected to the outer periphery of the cable, and formed so that the movable investigation member can be towed along the cable from above the water; and the movable investigation member. They are arranged at four or more locations at predetermined intervals along the outer periphery of the substantially central ampullae of the The present invention is characterized in that it is provided with a detection member that detects regardless of the moving position, and means configured to transmit the pressure detected by the detection member to a boat on water by an electrical signal. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of an apparatus for investigating the landing state of a cable installed on the bottom of water according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a landing situation investigation state on the seabed surface, and FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of the operation of the detection member of the movable investigation member of FIG. 1.

In each figure, 1 is a cable, and 2 is a movable investigation member, which is formed in the shape of an ellipsoid or an oblong sphere, and has a hole 9 larger than the outer diameter of the cable 1 in the center in the long sleeve direction, and the cable 1 is pushed through with a loose fit. . A large number of detection members 8 are arranged on the outer periphery of the movable investigation member 2 in the minor axis direction at predetermined pitches for detecting pressurization on the movable investigation member 2. Each of the detection members 8 includes a pin 3, a spring 6 and a contact 7 as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG.
When the pressure against the pin 3 is only water pressure, the pin 3 is projected outward by the tension of the spring 6, and the distance between the pin 3 and the contact 7 is opened. Further, when the movable investigation member 2 is on the bottom of the seabed and pressure from the seafloor 5 is applied to the movable investigation member 2, the spring 6 of at least one detection member 8 is activated as shown in FIG. As shown in (b), the pin 3 is compressed in the direction of the arrow and comes into contact with the contact point 7. The open/close state of the pin 3 and the contact 7 is indirectly detected by a means including a transmission device (not shown) that transmits an electrical signal to a ship on the water. still,
The transmission device is constructed of a known electrical circuit including a pressure/electrical conversion member.

As described above, the apparatus of this embodiment detects special pressure applied to the moving IJI investigation member 2 by opening and closing the pin 3 and the contact 7 to investigate the bottoming situation. In addition, the movable investigation member 2 of this embodiment has a detection member 8 arranged around the entire circumference, so that bottoming can be detected at a freely rotated position when a rotational force is applied by a tidal current while moving. . In addition, mobile investigation member 2
In order to be able to detect the pressure when landing on the bottom regardless of the rotational position of the sensor, it is necessary to provide the detection members 8 at one or more 4W locations at a predetermined pitch.
