If strong pressure is applied to the second reservoir from the outside while the chemical solution is stored in the second reservoir,
The chemical liquid in the second reservoir is prevented from flowing toward the first reservoir by the check valve, and gradually flows toward the first reservoir through an orifice provided in the check valve. In this way, the medical solution is prevented from flowing all at once into the treatment area.

An on-off valve 8 for opening and closing the flow path 9 within the tube 3 is provided at a longitudinally intermediate portion of the tube 3 . The on-off valve 8 has a convex portion 10 provided on the inner surface of the tube 3 with a thickness approximately equal to the cross section of the flow path, and a convex portion 10 provided on the inner surface of the tube 3 at a position opposite to the convex portion 10.
The recess 11 is integrally provided to protrude from the outer surface of the recess 11 and fits tightly into the protrusion 10 when the flow path 9 is closed. The convex portion 10 is provided with an engagement recess 13 with a narrow opening edge,
Further, in the recess 11, an engagement protrusion 15 that elastically engages with the engagement recess 13 to maintain the close contact between the recess 11 and the protrusion 10 when the protrusion 11 is fitted into the protrusion 10 is disengaged. It is set up so that it is possible.

By pressing on the reservoir 27, the reservoir 1 is passed from the orifice 35 of the check valve 28 through the tube 5°4.
The water flows from the check valve 25 to the pump 17 side as described above. This outflow of the medicinal solution from the reservoir 27 occurs not only based on the patient's will but also due to the patient's inadvertence applying strong pressure to the reservoir 27 from the outside. Since this is possible only from the beginning, the medicinal solution in the reservoir 27 will not flow all at once toward the reservoir 16 and into the treatment area.

When strong pressure is applied from outside, the check valve can prevent the chemical solution in the second reservoir from flowing to the first reservoir, and it also flows little by little into the first reservoir through the orifice provided in the check valve. This makes it possible to reliably prevent patients from suffering paralysis such as respiratory failure, which occurs with conventional catheters when liquid medicine flows all at once to the treatment area, and permanently maintains the safety of patients in their daily lives. In addition to being able to do this, it also has many other advantages, such as eliminating the need for wasteful consumption of expensive chemical solutions.

ザーバー付カテーテル。1. In a catheter with an implantable reservoir, in which a catheter tube is provided with an elastically deformable first reservoir for storing a drug solution in communication with the tube, the catheter tube has an elastically deformable first reservoir that is connected to the catheter tube, and the catheter tube has an elastically deformable first reservoir that communicates with the tube. An elastically deformable second reservoir that stores a medical solution flowing from the first reservoir into the catheter tube is provided in a sealed manner in communication with the tube, and the first reservoir is connected to the catheter tube between the second reservoir and the first reservoir. 1. A catheter with a reservoir to be implanted in the body, characterized in that a check valve is provided that is opened by a medicinal solution flowing from the inversion valve, and the check valve is provided with an orifice that communicates with the inside of the catheter tube before and after the inversion valve.
