【考案の詳細な説明】本考案は筆記具のクリツプに関するものであ

従来の筆記具のクリツプは軸筒の表面上に突出
して設けられているのが普通であり、例えばシヤ
ープペンシルで芯の片側が磨滅した場合に軸を回
転させて筆記しようとするとクリツプが手に触れ
て邪魔になる不都合があつたが、本考案は斯る欠

軸４，４′を軸筒６の切欠孔７に設けた軸穴９，
９′に枢着して切欠孔７内に回動自在に嵌装され
る。この場合クリツプ本体１はその後端の操作部
５か前半の本体部１０の何れか一方が切欠孔７内
に没入状態となり他方が軸筒６の表面に突出状態
となる。即ち本体部１０を押下してその表面が軸
筒６の表面と一致するまで没入すれば操作部５が
突出し、逆に操作部５を押下して没入させれば本
体部１０はその下面にある玉部３の下面が軸筒６
の表面と一致するまで突出するように構成されて
