域が異なるものであってもよい。 第4図に示す態様は、着色剤を加えたプラスチックの成
形体の上に、3種類の感温変色性色素を加えたプラスチ
ックの成形体を組み合わせたものである。 着色剤を加えたプラスチックの成形体と感温変色性色素
を加えたプラスチックの成形体とを組み合わせる手段は
、別個に成形したものの接着、融着のほか、2段射出成
形、共押出しなどの一体成形法もある。 第3図に示し
た例は、共押出し成形により、2色になるストロ−であ
る。 組み合わせの手段は、上記した一体化成形に限らず、一
方の他方への封入などによってもよい。 たとえば、感温変色性色素を加えたプラスチックの中空
球の中に、1個または複数個の着色剤を加えたプラスチ
ックのボールなどを入れた玩具が考えられる。

和電工〉に黄色のマスターバッチ(ポリコール工業)を
5%混合して射出成形し、幅100#X長さ150mX
厚さ2IIIInの黄色のプラスチック板1を成形した
。 上記と同じポリプロピレンに、変色点が32℃の感温変
色性色素「クロミックピンク」 (松井色素化学)のマ
スターバッチを5%混合し、上記の黄色のプラスチック
板1上に射出成形して、厚さ1#のピンクのプラスチッ
ク板2を一体化した成形品を得た。 得られた成形品は第1図Aに示す構造であって、感温変
色性色素を含むプラスチックの側から見ると、常温では
ピンク2aであるが、これを温度50’Cの湯に浸すと
、第1図Bに示すようにピンク2aが消色してポリプロ
ピレン樹脂本来の色2bとなり、第1層の黄色が見えた

水に入れて吸うと、第3図Bに示すようにピンク色の縦
線が見えた。

体化した成形品を得た。 この成形品は、第二の層の側から見ると、温度が一3〜
6°Cでは第4図Aに示すように黒色2aであり、温度
7〜26°Cでは第4図Bに示すようにグリーン2bで
あり、温度27〜43°Cでは第4図Cに示すように黄
色2Cであり、温度44°C以上では第4図りに示すよ
うに第2層が消色して透明2dとなり、第1層の赤色が
見えた。 この変化は可逆的に起り、常温ではグリーン
2bであった。 発明の効果 本発明の感温変色プラスチック成形品は、着色剤を加え
たプラスチックと感温変色性色素を加えたプラスチック
との組み合わせからなるので、温度変化により単なる発
色または潤色がみられる従来品を超えて、2種またはそ
れ以上の色の組み合わせを楽しむことができる。 従っ
て、この成形品は、各種飲料容器や玩具などに最適であ
る。
