この発明は、鋼管コンクリート複合パイルの製

内嵌して溶着6,7し、上側(矢側)には透孔円
盤8を内嵌して溶着9して、夫々の透孔円盤5,
8の間にコンクリートを打設して、透孔円盤5,
8の透孔10,11と略等しい内径のコンクリー
ト部12を形成するものであつて、鋼管2にかか
る透孔円盤5,8を溶着6,7,9するためには
溶着部分附近の錆落し作業、透孔円盤5,8を鋼
管2の内孔に合せる為の若干の修正作業、嵌入し
た透孔円盤5,8の仮づけ(仮溶接)作業、溶着
作業、溶着ビードの仕上作業として特に開先部4
のグラインダ仕上作業等、数多くの人手作業を必
要とするものであつて、この開先部4の附近の溶
着ビードを凹面状に修正する仕上作業は相当な熟
練と工数を要するものであり、これらの人手作業
の費用は鋼管コンクリート複合パイルの製造コス
トに大きい割合を占めている。そして、コンクリ
ート部12が形成された後は、かかる透孔円盤5
は接続溶着の開先に使用されることが無いときに
は、もはや不要であり、透孔円盤8は杭沈設作業
後、杭頭を揃える目的でカツトするので不要とな
る。そこでコンクリートの打設後に於て、前記透
孔円盤5を容易に取外すために解決せらるべき技
術的問題点が生じ、この発明は、この問題点を解
決するために提案せられたものであり、鋼管内部
に形成すべきコンクリート部の壁厚を形成するた
めの中心に透孔を有する壁厚規制板を、断面コ字
状に形成し、更に、該規制板の円筒部の所々にボ
ルト挿入孔を設け、一方、前記鋼管の上下端部近
傍であつて、前記ボルト挿入孔と対峙する個所に
めねじ部を設けておき、該鋼管端部に前記壁厚規
制板を外嵌するように嵌合し、更に、前記ボルト
挿入孔とめねじ部とを対峙させてボルトにて固定
し、その後、之等上下の壁厚規制板の間にコンク
リートを打設して之を固化せしめた後、該壁厚規
制板を取外すようにした鋼管コンクリート複合パ

すことができるので、従来のような透孔円盤を鋼
管に溶着する作業や、開先部のグラインダ仕上作
業は不要となり、且つ、該壁厚規制板は反覆使用
が可能となる為、コストダウンにも寄与するので
