Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a hologram plate having a flat face by forming a molten layer by solder or tin through a peeling layer on a faced mother layer on which an image of a hologram has been formed, and thereafter, peeling off the faced mother, laying out a molten faced body by a prescribed number of pieces, and bringing it to thermal junction. CONSTITUTION:A first peeling layer 4 is provided on the surface of a faced mother 2 in which an image of a unit hologram has been formed on the surface, and subsequently, an image forming layer 6 is formed, and thereafter, a second peeling layer 8 is obtained by oxidation treatment. Next, a molten layer 10 is formed by electrodepositing solder and tin plating onto the second peeling layer concerned 8. With respect to a molten layer faced body 11 which has been obtained in such a way, the faced mother 2 is peeled off and a molten faced body 12 is obtained, it is laid out by a prescribed number of pieces and the molten faces body 12 is melted and joined by heat. In such a way, in a junction part 14, no projection part is formed, and a satisfactory hologram plate is obtained as it is.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hologram plate when producing a multi-sided hologram.

In recent years, holograms recording optical interference stripes have been widely used as decorations and anti-counterfeiting objects.

When producing a large number of such holograms, a hologram plate was used for mass production, but the hologram plate was made by joining together a large number of small-sized holograms to form a multi-faceted hologram. The joint is formed by a bonding agent or by thermal welding of the plate, but the adhesive inevitably protrudes, and in the case of thermal welding, the material of the welded portion protrudes, resulting in a convex portion.

If such a convex portion exists at the joint, the thickness of the plate is approximately 200 mm, and the plate may be bent or bent, so the convex portion must be polished. During polishing, the hologram part could be polished incorrectly, and dust from polishing would adhere to the surface of the plate, seriously degrading the quality of the plate.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned current situation, and involves forming a molten layer of solder or tin on a surface-faced mother layer on which a hologram image has been formed, with a peeling layer interposed therebetween. By peeling it off to create a molten surfaced object, then laying out a specified number of the fused surfaced objects and bonding them with heat to obtain a hologram plate, you can create a product hologram with a flat surface without polishing. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a hologram plate in which a plate is obtained.

(実 施 例〕 以下本発明について具体的に一実施例をもとに説明する
(Example) The present invention will be specifically described below based on an example.

Next, for the cough side, add 2 parts of mother to 2 parts of sodium dichromate solution.
The first peeling layer 4 is provided by oxidizing the surface by immersing it for a minute.

The present invention is as described above, and when the molten surfaced bodies are joined without using an adhesive, the mating portion becomes smooth and no convex portion is formed, and therefore, no polishing is required and the time is shortened. This is a hologram plate manufacturing method that requires only a single tank, which is time-consuming, eliminates the worry of scratches due to polishing, and produces high-quality holograms at low cost.
