8内壁部に形成された凹条部14とこれに被着さ
れたカバー15とから構成されていて、その下端

けるカバー15上端部は第3図に示す如く上記バ
ランスリング7下面から内周面にかけて導出され

く、上部に位置されてフツク部18が形成されて
いると共に、下部左、右に位置されて受け部1
9,19が形成されており、この受け部19,1
9には夫々嵌合突起20,20が形成されてい
る。一方、21は袋状のネツトから成るフイルタ
で、その口部には取付体22を具備している。こ
の取付体22は第5図に示す如く前面壁22aと
その上、下縁部から後方へ延びる上面壁22b、
下面壁22cとを有して成り、而して前面壁22
aは平面状に形成されており、又、下面壁22c
の両側部位は夫々側端方向へ上向きに傾斜する様
に形成され、以て取付体22の下面の両側部位は

後端は夫々前記回転槽8のバランスリング7内面
