These various roll screens are used for various purposes, such as being attached to a window and used as a blind, or being attached to the exit of a room or inside a room to be used as a partition or shield, and when not needed, the raw cloth can be rolled up. The raw cloth is wound around a cylinder, and when necessary, the raw cloth is lowered by pulling the lower plate, and the raw cloth is fixed at the desired lowering position with an appropriate stopper.
When it is desired to pull up the cloth, the stopper is released, and the winding cylinder is rotated by the action of a spring built therein, thereby winding the cloth onto the winding cylinder.

In such a roll screen, if the raw cloth is not accurately attached to the winding cylinder, the raw cloth will not be accurately wound during winding, resulting in so-called disordered winding.

Further, if the winding cylinder is not mounted accurately and horizontally, irregular winding will occur. However, when manufacturing such a roll screen, it is very difficult to accurately cut the raw cloth and attach the raw cloth to the winding cylinder, which causes the raw cloth to be rolled up irregularly. Further, even if the fabric is manufactured to be wound accurately at the time of shipment from the factory, the winding will gradually become irregular during use due to the inclination of the installation location, the stretching of the raw fabric due to use, etc.

Conventionally, there was no way to reliably prevent such winding disorder, so conventional roll screens have a winding cylinder that is larger than the raw cloth to prevent damage to the raw cloth due to this winding disorder. was. but,

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks of the roll screen, and eliminates the inaccuracy of cutting the raw cloth or attaching the raw cloth to the winding cylinder during factory production, or the inaccuracy of the winding cylinder when installing the winding cylinder. If the winding is disordered due to the body not being installed accurately horizontally, or if the winding is disordered due to the stretch of the raw cloth during use, etc., the disordered winding can be easily adjusted. In order to be able to accurately wind the raw cloth onto the winding cylinder, and to prevent the raw cloth from being damaged due to uneven winding as in the past, a winding cylinder that is larger than the raw cloth is used. The purpose of this invention is to provide a roll screen that eliminates the inconvenience caused by this, and its feature lies in the fact that a weight movable in the longitudinal direction is attached to the lower plate.

以下、図面を参照して説明する。 This will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway front view showing a conventional roll screen. In the figure, 1 is a winding cylinder, 2 is a bracket for attaching the winding cylinder to a window frame, etc., and 3 is a winding cylinder. A coil spring built into the cylinder to always apply rotational force in one direction to the cylinder;
4 is a raw cloth attached to the winding cylinder at the upper end; 5 is a lower plate attached to the lower end of the raw cloth;
6 is an operating string attached to the lower plate. When this roll screen is not needed, the raw cloth 4 is wound around the winding cylinder 1, and when necessary, the raw cloth 4 is pulled down by pulling the operation string 6, and the raw cloth is pulled down as desired by a stopper (not shown). Fixed in position. When it is desired to pull up the raw cloth, by releasing the stopper, the winding cylinder 1 is rotated by the action of the spring 3, and the raw cloth 4 is wound onto the winding cylinder. However, in the conventional roll screen, for the various reasons mentioned above, the raw cloth 4 is rolled up into the cylindrical body 1.
It is difficult to wind the cloth accurately, and the winding of raw cloth often shifts from side to side as shown at 7, resulting in irregular winding. The present invention provides a means for adjusting such winding irregularities very easily.

2 and 3 show an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, parts that are the same as those shown in FIG. 1 are indicated by the same reference numerals, and detailed explanation thereof will be omitted. In the illustrated embodiment, the lower plate 5 is formed as a cylindrical member, with a horizontal partition 5 in the center thereof.
a, groove-shaped chambers 5b and 5c are formed above and below it, a slit is formed at the upper edge of the cylindrical member, and the lower end of the raw cloth 4 is introduced into the chamber 5b through the slit to form the chamber 5b. A slit is formed at the lower edge of the cylindrical member, and the upper end of the operating string 6 is introduced into the chamber 5c through the slit and fixed therein. However, the lower plate 5 is placed inside the chamber 5c.
A weight 8 movable in the longitudinal direction is inserted and fixed.

The weight 8 moves left and right depending on the state of the winding disorder, and is fixed at a position where the winding disorder is no longer present. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, when the raw cloth 4 is wound up while shifting toward the right, the weight 8 is moved to the vicinity of the right end of the lower plate 5 and fixed. This weight 8 applies tension to the right end of the raw cloth 4, and the right side of the raw cloth is wound tightly and the left side is wound loosely, so the winding diameter of the raw cloth is larger on the left side than on the right side, and the raw cloth 4 has a smaller diameter. Since it is rolled up while shifting towards the larger side, the fabric is prevented from shifting towards the right as it is rolled up while shifting towards the left. Since this weight is movable in the left and right direction, it can be finely adjusted depending on the state of winding disorder.

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the invention. This embodiment is substantially similar to that shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, but instead of the weight 8 being inserted into the lower plate 5 in the embodiment shown in FIGS. An annular weight 9 (FIG. 5) that is movably fitted onto the lower plate 5 is provided.

As mentioned above, the present invention is designed to prevent inaccuracies in cutting the raw cloth or attaching it to the winding cylinder during the production of the roll screen, or inaccuracies in the attachment of the winding cylinder in installing the roll screen, or the use of the roll screen. A roll screen that eliminates the unwinding of raw cloth caused by stretching of the raw cloth inside and various other causes with an extremely simple operation, and allows the raw cloth to be accurately rolled up into a winding cylinder.
