Abstract

PURPOSE:To introduce secondary air to the inside of flames to form stabilized inner flames, by a method wherein a burner cap, having inner flame ports and a closed upper surface, is provided with main flame ports, having a special arrangement in accordance with the sectional area thereof, on the periphery thereof and a projected wall, provided with notches, at the upper end of the outer periphery. CONSTITUTION:An upwardly projected wall 16, provided with a plurality of notches 17, is provided at the outer peripheral end of the upper surface 15 of a burner cap 14 so as to surround the upper surface 15. A plurality of inner flame ports 18 are provided on the upper surface 15 so as to oppose to the notches 17. A multitude of main flame ports 19 is formed on the outer periphery of the cap 14 at the lower part of the projected wall 16. The main flame ports 19 are provided with small flame ports 20, whose flame port area is formed so as to be smaller than the same of the main flame port area, so as to be opposed to the notches 17. When fuel and premixture air are injected from the main flame ports 19, the small flame ports 20 and the inner flame ports 18, the small flame ports 20 reduce the amount of combustion of the main flame and cut the continuation of the main flame to introduce the secondary air into the upper surface 5. On the other hand, the inflow of exhaust gas into the base of the inner peripheral burner is prevented by the projected wall 16 whereby the inner flames are stably maintained.

Figure 4 shows that the mixing tube 1 and the upper surface 2 are closed and there are many flame holes a around them.
This is a stove burner consisting of a burner cap 4 provided with a burner cap 4, which is often used in Western Europe. Figure 5 shows a burner head 5, which forms part of the mixing tube 1, with an air passage 6 opened at the center, and a stove burner on which a burner cap 4' having a hole in the center is placed, and the outer periphery is covered with a burner head 5. It has a large number of flame holes 3 and internal flame holes 7, and is used in gas staples. In the former case, when a pot is placed on the top through a trivet, air is not easily supplied to the inside of the flame formed in the flame hole 3, and a flame zone is not formed inside, resulting in a long flame.

Therefore, it is necessary to increase the burner diameter or set the combustion amount to be small, and the distance between the burner and the pot also needs to be large, resulting in poor thermal efficiency. In addition, the flame is long and spreads widely, resulting in poor temperature distribution, which poses problems for kitchen cooking, and is not used except in some stationary types. The latter method supplies air from the center, making the flame shorter and creating an internal flame, which allows for better heat distribution in the heating chamber such as a pot, making it suitable for a variety of Japanese cooking methods. Our gas stove rovana is in practical use using this method, which eliminates the drawbacks of the above. However, the latter has the disadvantage that when boiling over, the boiling liquid falls into the appliance from the internal (center) air passage, making it dirty and difficult to clean. The former is the fourth
As is clear from the diagram, the burner does not have a hole to the bottom, and other parts can also be configured with the holes to the bottom blocked (other than the burner can be configured with the latter burner), so the boiling liquid can fall to the bottom of the appliance. It has the advantage that you can always keep it clean by simply wiping the top surface.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the burner of the present invention closes the top surface of the burner cap, forms a number of main flame holes around the periphery, and closes the top surface of the burner cap at the top of the outer periphery of the burner cap. A projecting wall is provided to surround the projecting wall, a plurality of notches are provided in the projecting wall, and the cross-sectional area of the main flame hole located corresponding to the notch is smaller (or zero) than other main flame holes. and a plurality of inner flame holes are provided in the protruding wall on the upper surface of the burner cap.

Effect: The present invention has the above-described configuration, by forming a part of the main flame zone of a stove burner without a central air passage to be short (or not), thereby allowing air to flow between the main flame zone and the internal space surrounded by objects to be heated such as the bottom of a pot. An air passage is formed to divide the main flame zone to introduce secondary air for combustion inside the flame, and the protruding wall allows the combustion exhaust gas flow generated by the main flame to flow through the inner flame hole drilled on the top surface of the burner cap. By acting as a protective wall that does not affect the base of the inner flame that is formed in the inner flame, it prevents oxygen deficiency caused by the main flame exhaust flow near the inner flame and forms a stable inner flame.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a mixing section having a mixing tube 12 and a burner head 13, and a burner cap 14 is placed on the burner head 13 to form a so-called stove burner. The stove burner of the present invention does not require a secondary air passage in the center, and accordingly, the stove burner 14 also does not have a central air passage.

The upper surface 15 of this burner cap 14 has a gentle downward slope toward the periphery, and an upwardly protruding wall 16 is provided at the outer peripheral end of the upper surface 15 to surround the upper surface 15 of the cap. however,
This projecting wall 16 is provided with notches 17 at a plurality of locations, and corresponding to the notches 17, inner flame holes 18 are provided at a plurality of locations somewhat beyond the upper surface 15. Also burner cap 1
At the outer periphery of the burner head 4 and at the lower part of the protruding wall 16, a flame hole 19 consisting of a large number of tooth grooves as in the past is placed on the upper surface of the burner head to form a main flame hole 19.

This main flame hole 19 has small flame portions 2o in which the flame hole area is smaller than other main flame hole areas at a plurality of locations, and the cutout portion 1
It corresponds to 7. Incidentally, this small flame portion 20 may be in a closed form. In this example, the tooth width is wide, a slight gap is provided at the bottom, and care is taken to keep the flame and the notch 17 as far apart as possible.

In the above configuration, fuel and premixed air are supplied to the mixing tube 12, mixed, and supplied from the burner head 1a to the burner cap 14, where they are ejected and burned from the main flame hole 19, the small flame portion 20 that is a part thereof, and the inner flame hole 18. .

Here, in conventional burner caps without a central air passage, even if an inner flame hole is formed, if a pot is placed on top of the burner cap, secondary air will not flow into the upper surface of the burner cap, and the inner flame will not ignite. Further, by providing a notch which is part of the present invention and reducing the amount of combustion of the main flame at the notch, the main flame is disconnected and secondary air is allowed to flow in, but the inner flame cannot be stably maintained. Therefore, by examining the flow near the flame, it was found that the exhaust flow from the main flame also flows into the inner periphery with great turbulence, causing the base of the inner flame to be in an oxygen-deficient state and making it impossible to maintain the inner flame stably.

Therefore, in the present invention, in the above structure, the inflow of secondary air is ensured, and the protruding wall 16 prevents the exhaust flow generated in the main flame from flowing into the base part where the inner periphery is. It is now possible to maintain the flame.

The height of the protruding wall 16 varies depending on the burner diameter, the position of the inner flame hole, and the amount of combustion, but it needs to be at least higher than the inner flame hole.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the stove burner of the present invention enables a stove burner that stably forms an inner flame hole even without a central air passage, and prevents boiled boiled water from falling to the bottom of the stove. It can be provided as a cooking appliance that eliminates uneven heating distribution to the heated object, such as uneven boiling caused by the absence of an internal flame, while obtaining the effects of the above-mentioned type (a type without a central air passage).
