[Background technology] This type of electric razor for shaving long hair is
The one disclosed in Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-129294 (see FIG. 13) has been known. In this electric shaver, the tip edge of the lid 9' that covers the top surface of the razor body 1', the tip edge of the razor blade 3', and the upper edge 6' of the comb-shaped hair receiving box A. Although they are arranged approximately in a straight line, the hair receivers A are elastically supported by the elastic means B, so when the hair receivers A are pressed strongly against the skin, the hair receivers A retreat toward the razor body 1'. As a result, the tip edge of the lid 9', the edge of the razor blade 3', and the upper edge 6' of the hair receptacle A no longer line up in a straight line, and the razor blade 3' comes into strong contact with your skin, causing the razor to become loose. There was a risk that the blade 3' would damage the skin. In addition, since the cover body 9', fixed blade 3a', movable blade 3b', and upper edge 6' of the hair receiving box A are arranged in this order, when shaving hair, the fixed blade is used more than the movable blade 3b'. 3a' is located closer to the skin, and hair is shaved with the tip edge of the lid 9' and the fixed blade 3a' in contact with the skin, and the fixed blade 3a' reduces the force of contact with the skin. Since it has a predetermined thickness for support, hair cannot be shaved short.

For convenience of assembling the drive rod 21, the connection housing 20 is constructed by combining a pair of half bodies 22a and 22b divided into the front and back as shown in FIG. 4, and the lower part becomes the neck part 11. At the same time, the upper end portion becomes a part of the head portion 2. The connecting cylinder part 23 extends from the lower end of the neck part 11, and the connecting cylinder part 23 is inserted into the receiving cylinder 24 that protrudes from the upper end of the case body 10 within the spacer 16.
The case body 10 and the neck portion 11 are detachably connected. A drive rod 21 is inserted into the neck portion 11 over substantially the entire length in the longitudinal direction.
5. A groove 26 running along the front-rear direction is formed at the lower end of the drive rod 21 . A roller 28 is rotatably inserted into the groove 26 through an eccentric shaft 27 connected to the output shaft 18 of the motor 12.
can be stored. That is, a joint shaft 29 is fixed to the motor 12, which is elastic in the vertical direction and is biased by a spring in the direction of expansion.
A shaft seat 30 of the eccentric shaft 27 is detachably connected to the joint shaft 29 so as to be able to transmit rotation. The eccentric shaft 27 moves on a circumference centered on the axis of the output shaft 18 of the motor 12, and as the roller 28 inserted through the eccentric shaft 27 rolls within the groove 26, the rotational movement of the eccentric shaft 27 is caused. This is converted into a reciprocating movement of the drive rod 21 in the left and right direction. The reciprocating motion of the lower end of the drive rod 21 is transmitted to the upper end of the drive rod 21. A spherical portion 31 is formed at the upper end of the drive rod 21, and the spherical portion 31 fits into a connecting seat 33 of a movable blade 3b held on a blade mount 32.

As shown in FIG. 3, when viewed from the front, the head section 2 includes a blade holder 34 formed at the upper end of the connection housing 20, a blade mount 32 that is pivotally connected to the blade holder 34 and holds the razor blade 3, etc. It is formed into a flat shape that is long from side to side. A comb 6 projects from the front edge of the blade holder 34. The comb 6 is formed by arranging a large number of comb teeth 5 that are vertically long and flat when viewed from the front and arranged in the left-right direction. The tip of the comb 6 is formed in an arc shape along the vertical direction so that it feels smooth against the skin. This comb 6 allows the razor to move up and down smoothly and prevents it from sliding sideways in the left and right directions. Behind the continuous portion of the comb 6 and the blade holder 34, a partition wall 35 is provided to protrude upwardly over substantially the entire length of the tip of the blade holder 34 in the left-right direction. A lint reservoir 36 is formed between the comb 6 and the partition wall 35, and prevents a large amount of lint, soap, etc. from entering the head portion 2 when the razor is used. Therefore, there is an advantage that the drive rod 21 is less likely to have hair or soap attached to it, the load on the drive rod is small, and the inside of the head section 2 only needs to be cleaned a small number of times.

The razor blade 3, which is fixed to the blade mount 32 by combining the fixed blade 3a and the movable blade 3b, has its cutting edge protruded from between the notch 68 on the front surface of the blade mount 32 and the blade holder 34. At this time, the leading edge b of the comb 6, the leading edge a of the razor blade 3, and the leading edge of the cutting edge cover 9 are each curved with approximately the same curvature as shown in FIG. However, the three are arranged substantially on the same straight line in a plane orthogonal to the cutting edge a of the razor blade 3. Here, when the cutting edge of the razor blade 3 is made horizontal, the tip of the comb 6 protrudes furthest forward. Further, the distance between adjacent comb teeth 5 of the comb 6 is larger than the distance between adjacent small teeth 4 of the fixed blade 3a.

As shown in FIG. 9, the movable blade 3b has a small thickness at the center and a large thickness at both ends along the longitudinal direction of the cutting edge a of the razor blade 3. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, the thickness of the cutting edge of the movable blade 3b is large at both ends of the cutting edge a that come into relatively strong pressure contact with the skin 8, so that the skin 8 is not damaged. Furthermore, although the thickness of the cutting edge is smaller at the center of the cutting edge a, the force that presses against the skin 8 is smaller than at both ends, so it does not dig into the skin 8, as shown in FIG. 11. Moreover, the hair 7 can be shaved short.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the blade mount 32 has a shaft 69 formed along the left-right direction at the rear end of the blade mount 32 and a bearing part provided at the rear end of the blade holder 34. By fitting into the blade holder 70, it is pivotally connected to the blade holder 34 so as to be openable and closable. C-shaped portions 71 are formed at both left and right ends of the bearing portion 70 . The C-shaped portion 71 has an elliptical cross section that is elongated from front to back and opens upward. The front wall of the C-shaped portion 71 is thin and the rear wall is thick, and the front wall has flexibility. C-shaped part 71
As shown in FIG. 12, a protruding portion 72 is provided on the bottom of the holder. A stopper surface 73 extending in the vertical direction is formed on the opening end surface of the rear wall of the C-shaped portion 71, and together with the convex portion 72, regulates the opening angle of the blade mount 32. The shaft 69 of the blade mount 32 is formed so that its cross section becomes a rectangular shape that is elongated from front to back when the blade mount 32 is closed. In this state, a notch surface 74 is formed at a corner located at the lower front surface of the shaft 69, and the upper rear surface is curved along the inner circumferential surface of the rear wall of the C-shaped portion 71. Also, axis 6
At the bottom of the rear surface of 9 is a recess 7 that opens downward and rearward.
5 is formed, and a protrusion 76 is formed on the front portion of the lower surface. An arcuate snap surface 77 is formed at the corner between one surface of the recess 75 and the lower surface of the shaft 69.
In the closed position of the blade mount 32, the shaft 69 is completely accommodated within the C-shaped portion 71, as shown in FIG. 12a.
When the blade mount 32 is fully opened, as shown in FIG. One surface of the shaft 69 comes into contact with 73, and the blade mount 32 is held open at a substantially right angle to the blade holder 34. Rotation center O of shaft 69 and notch surface 74
The distance between is slightly larger than the distance between the center of rotation O and the upper part of the front wall of the C-shaped part 71,
During opening and closing of the blade mount 32, as shown in FIG.
is forced backwards. In this state, the shaft 69 rotates and the snap surface 77 of the shaft 69 rides over the convex portion 72 in the C-shaped portion 71, thereby snapping the blade mount 32 between the closed position and the fully open position. That is, in the position where the blade mount 32 is open,
The shaft 69 receives a clockwise force in FIG. 12 due to the elastic force acting from the front wall of the C-shaped portion 71, and is held in the position where the blade mount 32 is fully opened. Furthermore, the opening width l 1 at the top of the C-shaped portion 71 is the convexity 7 of the shaft 69.
It is formed to be slightly smaller than the distance l 2 between the tip of the protrusion 6 and the opposite surface of the protrusion 76 . Therefore, by pulling the blade mount 32 upward with the blade mount 32 fully opened, the front wall of the C-shaped portion 71 is bent and the shaft 6
9 can be pulled out from the C-shaped part 71, and the blade mount 32 can be taken out from the blade holder 34.
Note that when the engagement dimension of the C-shaped portion 71 with the blade mount 32 closed is l 3 , in the illustrated example, l 3 > l 2 > l 1 , but l 3 > l 2 ≒ l 1 , Alternatively, l 3 > l 1 > l 2 may be satisfied. In this way, the blade mount 32 and the blade holder 3
4 are connected by a hinge between the shaft 69 and the bearing part 70, so when the blade mount 32 is opened, there is no possibility of dropping the blade mount 32 and damaging the cutting edge of the razor blade 3 or causing the blade mount 32 to become powdery. There is nothing to do. In addition, since the shaft 69 is fitted into the C-shaped portion 71 and the blade mount 32 is detachable from the blade holder 34, assembly is easy and the blade mount 32 is removable from the blade holder 34.
By removing the razor blade 2 from the blade holder 34, there is an advantage that small parts such as hair debris that have entered the bearing part 70 can be cleaned and the razor blade 3 can be easily replaced.

Next, the operation when using the present invention will be explained. The razor is applied to the skin 8, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, with the movable blade 3b reciprocating along the edge a of the razor blade 3. Comb 6
The tip edge b of the razor blade 3, the tip edge a of the razor blade 3, and the tip cover 9 are aligned substantially in a straight line in a plane perpendicular to the tip edge a of the razor blade 3, so that the three come into contact with the skin 8 at the same time. In addition, each of these three is curved with approximately the same curvature so that the center portion in the longitudinal direction bulges forward, and the upper surface of the blade mount 32 is spherical.
It can be applied tightly to concave areas such as the armpits and feels smooth on the skin. In this state, when the razor is moved along the skin 8 from the tip edge of the blade cover 9 toward the comb 6, the skin 8 is pulled by the comb 6, causing the hairs to 7.
The hair 7 stands up, making it easier for the razor blade 3 to catch the hair 7. Further, the angle at which the razor blade 3 contacts the skin 8 is regulated by the tip edge b of the comb 6 and the tip edge of the blade edge cover 8, so that the razor blade 3 comes into contact with the skin 8 while always maintaining an optimum angle. In other words, the hair 7 can be shaved cleanly, and at the same time, the skin 8 will not be damaged. At this time, since a recess 49 is formed on the upper surface of the blade edge cover 9, it slides well against the skin 8 and the razor can be moved smoothly.
Further, since the distance between adjacent combing teeth 5 of the comb 6 is larger than the distance between adjacent small teeth 4 of the fixed blade 3a, after the hair 7 is roughly combed by the comb 6, the fixed blade 3a further combs the hair. The hair 7 can be combed finely, the hair 7 can be easily caught with the razor blade 3, and the hair 7 can be shaved quickly and without leaving any residue. Furthermore, since this razor has a motor 12, battery 13, etc. housed in the case body 10 in a watertight manner using an O-ring 15 and a waterproof plate 19, the hair 7 can be shaved using soap, shaving cream, etc. Of course, without using them, hair 7
You can also shave. However, since a partition wall 35 is provided behind the comb 6 and a hair waste reservoir 36 is formed between the comb 6 and the partition wall 35, even when shaving the hair 7 with soap or the like, the use of the partition wall 35 is difficult. At times, soap and hair 78 are removed from the partition wall 35.
It is blocked by the water and hardly enters into the head section 2. In other words, the drive rod 21 and the pivot pin 2
5, etc., and the movement of the drive rod 21 is less likely to be hindered. Further, a movable blade 3b is disposed between the fixed blade 3a and the blade cover 9, and the fixed blade 3a and the movable blade 3b protrude further forward than the blade cover 9 so that their blade edges are brought into sliding contact. Because there are
The contact area between the movable blade 3b and the skin 8 is large, and when using soap, the soap on the skin 8 is drawn away from the movable blade 3b, creating a thin film of soap between the cutting edge of the fixed blade 3a and the cutting edge of the movable blade 3b. The battery 1
This has the advantage of extending the life of the movable blade 3b, smoothing the movement of the movable blade 3b, and improving cutting power.

On the other hand, in order to clean the lint 78 that has accumulated inside the head section 2 after using the razor, the blade holder 32 may be opened as described above, or it may be removed from the blade holder 34 and cleaned. Since the razor has a waterproof structure, the head portion 2 can also be washed with water. In other words, if water is passed through the head 2, the hair 78 and soap scum that has accumulated inside the head 2 will be removed.
As shown in FIG. 8, the hair is discharged together with water to the outside of the head portion 2 through the hair removal hole 65 and the hair removal hole 66. Furthermore, if the head portion 2 is immersed in water while the movable blade 3b is being driven, vibrations will be applied and the hair 78 and the like can be better removed. In this way, it is not necessary to open and close the head section 2, and cleaning can be easily performed.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, in a plane perpendicular to the cutting edge of the razor blade, the cutting edge of the cutting edge cover, the cutting edge of the movable blade, the cutting edge of the fixed blade, and the cutting edge of the comb are aligned in this order. Since the razor blades are arranged in a substantially straight line, the skin is held between the tip edge of the razor blade cover and the tip edge of the comb even if it is pressed strongly against the skin, and the edge of the razor blade comes into strong pressure contact with the skin. It has the advantage of not causing any damage to the skin. In addition, since the fixed blade of the razor blade is located on the comb side, the fixed blade can contact the skin and support the pressing force from the skin, and the movable blade can be used when shaving hair. Since the movable blade is located on the skin side, the thickness of the movable blade can be reduced, and the hair can be cut short. Furthermore, by moving the razor body over the skin in a direction from the blade tip cover toward the comb, the hair combed with the comb can be further combed with the fixed blade and then cut with the movable blade, making it easy to shave long hair. This device can cut the hair with a movable blade after aligning it, and has the advantage of being able to shave quickly and cleanly.
