(Prior technology) Conventionally, long socks for women such as pantyhose, stockings, and tights have mainly been plain knitted, and the main knitting yarn is monofilament or multifilament charred yarn made of polyamide or polyester synthetic fibers. ,
In addition, although the main knitting yarn is a covered yarn with a core of conjugate yarn or rubber-like elastic yarn covered with polyamide or polyester synthetic fiber, a single knitting yarn and one with the same dyeability can be used with a knitting machine. Only one yarn is placed at each yarn feeder,
There were only knitted ones, and other than the print-dyed ones, they were dyed in a single color, so no aesthetic effect could be obtained.

In order to improve the aesthetic effect, JP-A-61-97402
In order to make the legs appear thinner, the publication proposes providing a shaped part in the Achilles' Ken part. A method has been disclosed in which the shape is formed by knitting with thicker yarn than the original knitting yarn of the stockings, and polymerizing and dyeing the same thin fabric on the inside of the stockings, but this method The method was complicated, and in order to make the legs look slender, it was not sufficient to have just the Achillesken part at the ankle and when viewed from the back.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention has effects that could not be obtained with the prior art, namely, can make the legs appear thinner when viewed from any direction during exercise, and has an aesthetically excellent effect due to the Tamamushima. Succeeded in obtaining long socks for women.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention comprises plating knitting at least the leg portion with m fibers of 2N or more having different dyeability, and the outermost knitted fabric and the second knitted fabric from the outermost knitted fabric are colored in different colors. In the present invention, two or more types of fibers with different dyeability are combinations of acid dyeable yarns, basic dyeable yarns, disperse dyeable yarns, etc., or combinations of light and shade differences within the same dyeable yarn. It may be different staining due to.

The basic dyeable yarn is, for example, an ethylene terephthalate copolymer polyester copolymerized with 1 to 4 mol% of 5-tritriumsulfoisophthalic acid as an acid component, and 1 to 4 mol% of 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid. polycaprolactam, etc. Yarns that can be dyed only with disperse dyes include, for example, polyethylene terephthalate and polytetramethylene terephthalate.

By knitting these type 2II yarns with different dyeability using a knitting machine and dyeing them in different colors, you can create a shadow line effect on the entire leg when worn, and change the hue, brightness, and color of the outside and inside of the plating. Depending on the degree, different effects can be obtained.

In addition, it is preferable for us of the present invention to make the density of the outermost knitted fabric sparse, but for this purpose, for example, the fineness of the outermost knitted fabric is used to be smaller than the fineness of the second knitted fabric from the outermost knitted fabric. If the density of the 0ML outer knitted fabric is denser, the two knitted fabrics from the outermost knitted fabric will be difficult to see, and aesthetic effects such as shadow lines and beading will not occur.

Staining conditions were 98°C x 60 minutes (0% owr, pH 1ifli agent using ammonium sulfate at 3.0% owf).
After dyeing at a bath ratio of 1:50 (heating up for 40 minutes), soaping and drying, the garment was placed in a last and steam set. The appearance of shadow lines was visually observed when each stocking was worn. Shadow lines are seen in Examples 1 and 2, but in Example 3, the outer fabric has a large fineness, so the lining is difficult to see and the shadow lines are weak.
