The conventionally known structure consists of two glass plates facing each other with a space between them, a solar heat collector placed in the space, and an air intake/exhaust system that can be opened and closed above and below the space leading to the inside of the room. Provide a mouth. In use, if both intake and exhaust ports are left open during winter sunshine, low-temperature indoor air flows into the space from the lower intake and exhaust ports, is heated by the solar heat collector, and rises inside the space. Hot air enters the room through the upper air intake and exhaust vents and warms the low-temperature air in the room. Also, at night, both intake and exhaust ports are closed to prevent air convection between the room and the space, and to prevent low-temperature air in the space cooled by outside air from flowing into the room.

A solar heat transmitting plate 6 is hermetically fitted on the outdoor side of the frame 4 via a tight material 7 and a sealing material 8, and a Venetian blind type solar heat collector 9 is installed on the indoor side of the transparent plate 6. Arrange. A blind type solar heat collector has a plurality of heat collecting slats 10 arranged in parallel while maintaining an appropriate inclination angle, and when used in winter, the upper surface of the slats is used as a heat collecting surface to absorb solar heat rays and fill the internal space 11 of the frame 4. It warms the air and sends it into the room to help with heating. Furthermore, when used in the summer, various types of blind type solar heat collectors can be used in which the upper surface of the slats is a heat ray reflecting surface to reflect solar heat rays outside and prevent the slats from rising in temperature. Also, one side of the slat is formed as a heat ray absorbing surface and the other side is formed as a heat ray reflecting surface, and the slat surface is used inverted depending on the winter and summer seasons, or the first slat has a heat ray absorbing surface on the top surface and a heat ray reflecting surface on the top surface. In the winter, each second slat is pulled up to the lower surface of each of the first slats adjacent thereto, and in the summer, each second slat is raised to the lower surface of each of the first slats adjacent to the lower part of the second slat. It is also possible to use the upper surface of all the slats as a heat ray absorbing surface or a heat ray reflecting surface by lowering the upper surface.
