止し、更に発泡層とパネル間の接着力を高め発泡
層の剥離を防止するような開口部の縁部の補強構
造を提供することにあり、パネル、発泡層、表皮
が一体的に積層され、かつ開口部を有する自動車
用成形品において、前記パネルは、開口部の縁部
内に、パネル本体と連続し、かつ該本体より突出
し、更に切り溝が設けられた補強部材を有すると
共に、該補強部材を該発泡層に埋設せしめた構成
を特徴とするものである。

つて表皮、発泡層が変形した場合でも、その収縮
等の変形は開口部以外の部分に吸収され、開口部
近傍の表皮、発泡層の剥離を防止することができ
ると共に、更にかかる本考案の構成により発泡層
の肉厚の大きさに影響されず開口部の縁部を補強
することができる優れた効果を発揮する。
