``Conventional technology'' Conventionally, the flow system from the cutting of straw grass to mud dyeing, drying, bundling, and storage is as shown in Fig. 5.
The procedure was as follows: naked strawberry mud dyeing C1 naked strawberry drying d1 binding 'J e % storage f. Therefore, everything from harvesting, loading and unloading onto trucks, mixing, transporting to the dryer, and tying was done manually. Particularly in the mixed dyeing C1 drying stage (d), the work is extremely dirty as the straw grass soaked in muddy water is inserted into the dryer by hand, and the muddy water also dries during the process of taking it out from the dryer and tying it up. Since the dust rises inside the dryer, it is normal to wear a dust mask during this process.

``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' The present invention improves the efficiency of carrying in and out of straw grass during the mud dyeing and drying stages of harvested straw grass, prevents mud from being covered with mud and scatters dust, and provides a sanitary and efficient grass-weeding mud dyeing and drying process. The purpose is to

``Means for Solving the Problems'' The present invention involves storing cut grass grass in a box, storing it in the same tube and mixing it with dyeing, and then drying it while it is still stored in the same tube. After that, the mixed-dyed and dried strawberry is collected from the same cylinder.

``Operation'' Therefore, the cut grass 1 stored in the box 2 is immersed in the muddy water as it is in the box 2, and is contaminated by the muddy water that has entered the box 2. After that, the muddy water in the box 2 is drained from the box 2, or the box 2 is exposed to the air from the muddy water, and the mud-dyed straw grass in the box 2 is dried by blowing dry air or warm air into the box 2 using a blower. can be done. And the dried mud-dyed strawberry l is in the same tube.
The objects are collected manually, bound 18 and stored 19.

Note: The muddy water chamber 12 and 13 is divided into two chambers by a partition wall 11, and the other chamber 12 is sealed. The same receiver is connected to the air pipe 16 by modifying the on-off valve] 5.
I4 and the upper part of the other chamber 12 are connected. When the on-off valve 15 is closed, the water level in the muddy water chamber 12.13 is the same in both chambers 12.13 as shown in FIG.
When 5 is opened, the compressed air in the receiver 14 is transferred to the other chamber 12.
The muddy water level 17 in the same room 12 is lowered. Therefore, the water level rises in one chamber 13, and muddy water enters the upper box 10, and the rush grass 1 inside is saturated with the muddy water, causing contamination. After the mud dyeing is completed, close the on-off valve 15 and open the air release valve. The water level will return to the same level as shown in Figure 3. In this state, open the door of the passenger compartment 10 and use a forklift to transport the box 2 from the same compartment 10. The tube 2 is then transferred to the drying device 4.
are placed in parallel on the air blowing table 5. In this way, the warm air blown upward from the air supply 5 will flow through the gridiron of box 2,
It passes through the housed grass through the perforated or mesh plate 9 and is discharged to the atmosphere through the bag filter, whereby the housed dry grass is dried in the box 2.

After drying, the cylinder 2 is taken out from the blower stand 5 using an oak lift 7, the door 7 of the cylinder 2 is opened, and the dried straw grass 1 stored inside is carried out of the box 2, tied together 18 and stored in the warehouse 19. It is something to do. In addition, the side pressure plate for Monoke strawberry indicated by 20 in Figure 2, 21
