間を互いに連通すべく前記円柱状中心導体の各々
に貫通孔を設け、前記空間の一つと外部空間とを
連通すべく前記円筒形同軸外部導体の前記空間の
一つに対応する部分に、中心軸に対して斜め方向
の部分を有する貫通孔を設けたことを特徴とする
