で固定されている。この場合記録パターン上の互
換性をとる為2個の磁気ヘツド装置2,2を精度
良く角度分割することが必要である。そこで従来
は第1図及び第2図に示す如くヘツド基板2aを
このヘツド基板2aの略中心部に設けたバカ穴を
介して回転ドラム1にビスにより固定すると共
に、このヘツド基板2aの両側にテーパー部がこ
のヘツド基板2aの側部に当接する如くテーパー
ネジ3を設け、このテーパーネジ3のねじ込み具
合に依り磁気ヘツド装置2,2のヘツドギヤツプ
位置の角度方向の調整を行つていた。

け、夫々に対し磁気ヘツドを設けることが考えら
れている。この様に使用する帯域により磁気ヘツ
ドを分けたときには使用する帯域により最適のヘ
ツド仕様を選定することが出来、それだけ高画
質、高精度を得ることができる。

ム1に取り付けたときは3個のヘツドチツプ5
a,5b,5cのうち1個のヘツドチツプについ
てはテーパーネジ3で角度方向の調整ができるが
他の2個のヘツドチツプについては角度方向の調
整はできない。この場合ヘツドチツプ5a,5
b,5cのヘツド基板4aの分割部4d,4e,
4fに接着固定時に之等ヘツドチツプ5a,5b
及び5cの夫々の間の間隔を一定とすることが考
えられるが、このヘツド間の要求される角度精度
は数10μ以内であり、接着精度を要求することは
無理である。又この場合各分割部4d,4e,4
fの間のすり割り4b,4c部にタツプをつけた
テーパーネジを挿入してヘツド間隔を広げる方向
で角度調整することも考えられるが、しかしこの
場合磁気ヘツドの高さ方向(トラツク幅方向)に
ついても基準面からの寸法が規制されており、こ
のテーパーネジを使用して調整すると高さ方向に
も力が加わり、ヘツドの高さまで変化してしまう
欠点がある。

様にヘツド基板4aの両側よりテーパーネジ3の
ねじ込み具合に依り行い、次に偏芯ピン7a,7
bを回動してヘツドチツプ5a及び5cの角度調
整を行う。この偏芯ピン7a,7bを回動したと
きには第7図に示す如く回動中心とずれている偏
芯部7aS,7bSが第6図及び第7図に示す如く
ヘツド基板4aの分割部4d及び4fの側面にす
り割り4b及び4c側から当接し、更に回動する
ことによりすり割りが開く方向の力が加わりこれ
によりヘツドチツプ5a及び5cが夫々角度方向
に移動しこの角度調整を行うことができる。この
場合偏芯ピン7a,7bの偏芯部7aS,7bSが
ヘツド基板4aの分割部4d,4fの側面に接触
するがこの偏芯部7aS,7bSに高さ方向の傾き
がないのでヘツドの高さ方向の変化はなく、又逆
にこのヘツドチツプ5a,5b及び5cの夫々の
角度調整を行つた後に之等ヘツドチツプ5a,5
b及び5cの高さ調整を行つても角度的に変化す
ることがない。

けれども、このヘツドチツプを2個あるいは4個
以上設ける場合にも上述と同様に構成できること
は勿論である。又本考案は上述実施例に限らず本
考案の要旨を逸脱することなくその他種々の構成
が取り得ることは勿論である。
