本考案は自動車、自動二輪車、農業機械その他
一般産業用の駆動装置に使用する変速プーリに関
するものであり、2つのV形プーリ片を各々その
内部に回転移動可能なブツシユを装着すると共
に、各側方をスプリングで押圧し、各スプリング
を介してシヤフトとプーリ片を回転方向に結合せ
しめる如く取付けることにより、ベルト駆動中に
動力を伝動する如くし、駆動プーリ若しくは従動
プーリに取付けられた変速プーリの有効径を両軸
間距離の変化、テンシヨンプーリ又はアイドラプ
ーリによるベルトの張り調整等により変化せしめ

して一体とし、プーリの有効径を自由に変更出来

つて容易に変化せしめる利点があり、従来の変速
プーリの如くスプラインやキー溝を形成する必要
はなく、構造簡単でコストを低廉ならしめ、従来
の変速プーリを改良するものとして極めて有用性
の大なるものである。しかも、本考案は前述の如
く、各係止突起によつてスプリング両端の押圧力
を受止めていることによりプーリにトルクを生じ
たときスプリングが巻き緩む方向のみに作用し負
荷が減少した場合にもスプリングのねじれ量に対
応したねじれ反撥力によつて急速に復帰し、負荷
の対応性が良好で、かつ巻き締まり方向への作用
に比しねじれ抵抗力が少なく、スプリング折損の
恐れがなく、又、双方のプーリ片を回転移動可能
としているため、片方のみの移動と異なり、ベル
トのアラインメントが狂う現象も起らず良好で、
ベルトの偏摩耗を回避しベルト寿命を延長せしめ
る長所を併せ有して実用的効果も頗る顕著であ
