、中子砂の除去をするためのエネルギー効率、伝播方法
そしてハンドリング等に多くの問題点がある。それは中
子砂を除去する時間が長くて、且つ製品の表面に傷が付
くという欠点であった。前記したこれらの欠点を解明す
るために従来から用いられている手段としては、製品に
回転を与えると同時に振動衝撃を与える。例えば、シリ
ンダヘッドのような製品の中子砂の場合についての手段
としては特開昭51−71226号に開示されているも
のがある。
