Claims (1)
- 温度変化により瞬時に凹凸反転作動をするバイ
メタルと、このバイメタルの一端を位置不動に支
持する固定支点と、このバイメタルの中間部表面
に接して支持する中間支点と、このバイメタルの
固定支点と反対側の端に設けられ、スイツチ等の
被駆動部材と結合し、凹凸反転により変位を生じ
る作用点とを有すことを特徴とするバイメタル式
アクチユエータ。
