ねる原因となつていた。

れており、この切欠部13に対しては散水ホース
14の入出が可能である。有底筒体1に内筒10
を取付けた状態では、その外筒3と内筒10との
間に該内筒10を取囲む空間15が環状に形成さ
れ、この空間15が上記散水ホース14を収納す
るための巻込み部16とされる。17は蓋体であ
り、これはその裏面外周に下向きの環状突起18
を備えており、この環状突起18が上記外筒3の
リング部9上に支持されて該外筒3の上端開口1
9を閉じる。なお図示していないが、蓋体17と
外筒3との間には、係脱自在な鍵等の係脱具が設
けられている。

けて巻込み部16に巻込めば、散水ホース14の
復元力で該ホース14は外径方向に拡開して跳ね
上がろうとするが、外筒3が上窄状となつている
ので、該散水ホース14は下方へ押付けられるよ
うな力を受けることになり、該散水ホース14の
散水口側端部が上方へはね上がるような事態が防
止される。それにもかかわらず、内筒10も稍々
上窄状に構成されていることから、巻込み部16
を広く確保することができ、したがつて巻込みの
