倒する格納位置に回動可能としたアウタミラーの
支持装置において、前記ミラーベースはヒンジ機
構を有し、そのヒンジ軸を回動中心として回動可
能にミラー側ベースとボデー側ベースに分割形成
されており、前記ヒンジ軸と同心に配設したばね
により前記ミラー側ベースを押し開く方向に付勢
するとともに、前記ミラー側ベースに一端を回動
可能に係止したワイヤの他端を運転席近傍に設け
たレバーに接続し、該レバーにはその操作範囲内
の所定位置に係止するラツチ機構を設けたことを
