In Japan, indoor shoes have traditionally been used in general households, kindergartens, elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, and other areas of society, with different uses for indoor shoes: for living rooms, hallways, and toilets.
Each has been used for its own purpose. However, in recent years, society as a whole has become cleaner and sanitary due to improvements in road paving and the quality of buildings and facilities, and for this reason, for example, footwear has become more common in business establishments such as restaurants and theaters. There is a tendency for shoes to be used without making any distinction between upper and lower shoes, and even indoors, without distinguishing between shoes for the living room, hallways, and toilets, etc., and without changing shoes, and it is expected that this trend will continue in the future. Ru. However, after a drunk person uses the toilet at night, the stepping stone of the toilet urinal or the floor around it may become dirty due to careless or violent use. There is a problem in that if footwear is used without distinction, it will lead to the spread of pollution to other environments.

Figures 1 and 2 show a footwear disinfection device 1 of this invention in which the outer shell of the device is formed into a box shape.
The figure is an exploded perspective view, and FIG. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the perforated plate push-up spring section in an assembled state. It is a box-shaped container with a depth of about 28 cm and an open top, and a perforated plate 5 having an outline slightly smaller than the horizontal cross section of the open part is arranged in the open part. The perforated plate 5 is pushed up and supported substantially horizontally by a plurality of springs 6, and the lower ends of the springs 6 are housed in spring receivers 7 formed on the inner surface of the peripheral wall 3. A sprayer 8 for spraying a disinfectant is located in a spray chamber 10 partitioned by a peripheral wall 3, a bottom wall 4, and a perforated plate 5, and is fixed to the outer shell 2 of the device. Further, a dust receiving plate 11 having an insertion hole 9 through which the spray 8 is inserted into the spray chamber 10 is arranged in the middle of the spray chamber. The sprayer 8 is connected to a pump 21 and a drug tank 22 via a pipe 24, and to an air pump 23 via a pipe 25, as shown in FIG. Further, a push rod 15 is fixed to the back surface of the perforated plate 5. In addition, the perforated plate 5
When a load is applied to the perforated plate 5 and the perforated plate 5 is pushed down, the push rod 15 pushes down the spray head 13 and sprays the disinfectant, but the spray head 1
If the spray head 13 is pushed down indefinitely, the spray head 13 may be damaged depending on the load.
A stopper 14 is fixedly formed on the inner surface of the peripheral wall 3 of the device outer shell 2 at a distance equal to or slightly smaller than the stroke length of 3. The perforated plate 5 has a large number of holes 16 through which the sprayed disinfectant in the form of mist rises and passes, and if necessary, a foot print 17, a non-slip 18, etc. can be provided on the upper surface.

Figure 3 shows an example in which the device outer shell 2 is formed as a pit on the floor, and the bottom wall 4 constituting the device outer shell 2 is provided with a drainage hole 19, so that water that enters the pit when the floor is washed with water. This allows water to be drained away.

The footwear disinfection device of this invention constructed as described above is installed at the exit of the toilet as shown in Figure 4.
When a user steps on the perforated plate 5 of the footwear sterilizing device 1 when exiting the footwear disinfection device 1, the perforated plate 5 is pushed down by the user's body weight to the stopper 14 position.
That is, it descends by a distance approximately equal to the stroke length of the spray head 13. As a result, the push rod 15 fixed to the back surface of the perforated plate 5 is also pushed down by the same distance, so the spray head 13 is pushed by the push rod, the spray 8 is activated, and the disinfectant is sprayed onto the perforated plate 5.
sprayed towards. The sprayed disinfectant passes through a large number of holes 16 formed in the perforated plate 5, reaches the bottom of the footwear, and adheres thereto, thereby disinfecting the contaminated footwear.

In addition, the anti-slip 1 provided on the upper surface of the perforated plate 5
8 has a non-slip effect when the sole of the footwear is wet with water, and at the same time, the sole can be raised above the top surface of the perforated plate 5 by the amount of the anti-slip protrusion, so that disinfectant can be sprayed onto the sole of the shoe. This has the effect of increasing the area. Furthermore, after disinfection, when the user leaves and the load on the perforated plate 5 is removed, the perforated plate 5 is pushed up to its original position by the restoring action of the plurality of springs 6, and the spray head 13 is also restored to its old state before spraying. Then, spraying is stopped.

As is clear from the above explanation, the footwear disinfection device of this invention is easy to install, and the structure is such that the disinfectant solution is sprayed onto the soles of the shoes and disinfects them by simply standing on the perforated plate that forms the top surface of the device. Therefore, if one footwear disinfection device is installed, the soles of shoes can be disinfected while walking on the perforated plate of each device. Furthermore, the footwear disinfection device of the present invention can be injection molded using synthetic resin or the like, except for the spray 8 and the spring 6. For example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when molding the outer shell 2 of the device, the stopper 14 and the spring receiver 7 can be integrally molded, and similarly, a perforated plate with a push rod 15 fixed to the back side can be used. 5. Since the dust receiving plates 11 can also be integrally molded, the number of parts can be reduced, and furthermore, it can be manufactured at low cost.
