In the connection work and the reverse removal work of the main body 1 and the connecting body 30 described above, the signal disconnection member 21 is incorporated in a component separate from the control member 22, and the signal disconnection member 21 does not operate independently. Therefore, the operation of the suturing device due to malfunction can be prevented and safety can be improved. To operate the actuating member 19 during use of the suturing device, the operating member 24 must be moved against the biasing force of the spring 25.
After pushing the operating member 24 to the left in FIG. It can prevent activation and improve safety.

(Effects) As described above, according to the present invention, a surgical suturing device includes a suturing device main body, a driving section that drives the suturing device main body, a signal line that transmits a signal from an external operation to the driving section, and a signal line that transmits a signal from an external operation to the driving section. and a flexible cable that transmits the output of the drive unit operated by the suturing instrument body to the suturing instrument body. and a control member for controlling the signal cutting/disconnecting member is incorporated into the suturing device main body side,
When the constituent parts are connected in a state of use, these members are arranged to face each other in a predetermined positional relationship in which they can be operated, and furthermore, in the above structure, a control member is disposed on the suturing instrument body side and is controlled via the operating member. incorporated into an externally operable actuation member, the control member comprising:
The operation member is configured to be able to be operated after the operation member is moved substantially perpendicular to the operating direction of the operation member, and firstly, the suturing instrument main body does not include a wiring device such as a switch. Therefore, operations such as cleaning and sterilization of the suturing instrument body can be easily performed.

When connecting the second suturing device main body and the connecting section, operation is possible by simply aligning the signal generating section on the connecting section side with the guide section of the suturing device main body and connecting the flexible cable to the suturing device main body side. Since the wires are connected to each other, it is possible to quickly connect and disconnect them, and it is possible to eliminate problems such as poor contact that occur when connecting conductive wires and the like.
