入り込む程度に管糸7と接近させて、取り付Waxing devices that apply wax to threads in hopes of suppressing fuzz have conventionally waxed threads by supporting and rotating a cylindrical piece of wax at its core and running the thread along its end surface. It was common to do so. As shown in FIG. 5, the structure is such that the support shaft 22 of the wax 21 has a tapered portion 24 in the vicinity of the thread contacting end surface 23 of the wax 21, the diameter of which decreases toward the end surface. The wax 21 is inserted into the thread contacting end surface 23 of the wax 21 and the opposite end thereof are held between a wax receiver 25 and a pressing member 26. Thread Y
By running the thread Y in contact with the tapered portion 24, the thread Y is brought to the core 27 of the wax 21, and the thread Y is brought into contact with the lower half of the thread contacting end surface 23 of the wax 21, and After passing through the tapered portion 24, the wax 21 is guided away from the thread-contacting end face 23 by guides 28, 29 provided at the bottom and top of the device. For this reason, the fluff generated due to the friction between the thread Y and the wax 21 adheres to and accumulates on the taper part 24, which may impede the smooth running of the thread Y or become attached to the thread, causing problems. It could be the cause of. In addition, when the thread Y contacts the thread contact end surface 23 of the wax 21, the entire circumferential surface of the thread is
It is difficult to bring the wax into contact with the thread 3, and it is conceivable that some parts of the circumferential surface of the thread are not coated with wax. [Problems to be solved by the invention] In the conventional waxing device as described above, since the thread is brought into contact with the flat end face of the wax, it cannot be expected that the entire surface of the thread will come into uniform contact with the wax, and waxing There is a risk that unevenness may occur, and various members such as a mechanism for rotating the wax and a wax pushing Vi mechanism are required, and a considerable amount of space is required for installation. The present invention is an improvement on the above points, and an object of the present invention is to obtain a waxing device capable of uniformly attaching wax to threads. Means for Solving Problem K] A yarn passing path is provided so that the yarn that is wound around the solid wax formed into a tubular body into a package passes through the hollow portion of the solid wax while being in contact with the solid wax. By providing it inside, the thread is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical wax,
Wax was attached to the yarn surface. K Effect] When using the waxing device of the present invention, the wax is supported by the support member, and the drawn thread is directed to the winding part via the hollow part of the wax. If wax is placed at a position where ballooning occurs due to the action of centrifugal force that occurs when the yarn is pulled upward from the tube yarn at high speed, the ballooning will be restrained by the inner peripheral surface of the wax, and the frictional force at that time will cause the ballooning to occur on the yarn layer surface. Attach wax. Further, in a position where ballooning does not occur, the wax may be rotated around its axis. K Example] In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the balloon breaker is used as the support member 1, and the wax 2 is supported by the balloon breaker, and the yarn and the wax 2 are brought into contact by ballooning the yarn 3. This is an example in which wax is attached to the circumferential surface of the thread 3. The support member 1 has an annular projection 5 on the lower part of the inner circumferential surface 4.
have. The wax 2 is molded to tightly fit into the hollow part of the support member 1, and is pushed into the hollow part of the support member 1 until its lower end abuts the annular projection 5. FIG. 4 shows a state in which this waxing device is attached to a winder 7 using a fixture 6. The winder 7 is of an ordinary type in which the yarn 3 drawn out from the pipe yarn 8 is passed through an automatic splicing device 9 and wound into a package 11 by a rotating drum 10. The support member 1 of the waxing device is positioned close to the pipe thread 7 such that the central axes of itself and the wax 2 coincide with those of the pipe thread 8 and that the core tube 12 of the pipe thread 8 enters the lower part of the support member 1. let me install it

The high-speed yarn 3 pulled out from the tube yarn 8 by the rotation of the package 11 does not rise straight in the shortest distance, but instead tends to rise in a large circle, causing so-called ballooning. The ballooning comes into contact with the inner circumferential surface 13 of the wax 2 and is restrained thereby so that it does not grow any further, but the thread 3 is pressed against the inner circumferential surface 13 by the centrifugal force that causes ballooning, and as a result, the wax adheres to the thread 3. At this time, the thread 8 slides and rises while turning the inner circumferential surface 13 of the wax 2 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Become. When the wax 2 is carried away by the thread 3 and used up, it can be replaced with new wax. The length and outer shape of the wax 2 are based on the inner peripheral surface 1 of the wax 2.
It is desirable that the selection be made in accordance with the operating conditions of the winder and the type of yarn so that the yarn 3 comes in contact with the entirety of the yarn 3 by ballooning. The shape and structure of the wax and its support in the waxing device of the present invention are not limited to those of the above embodiments; for example, the wax 2 may have a conical inner peripheral surface as shown in FIG. The shape may be adjusted to match the shape of the upper half of the balloon. Examples of other types of supports include tubes that are splittable for easy wax replacement, and those that grip the wax on their sides. Alternatively, the wax support may be used as a rotating body to allow the wax to rotate around the virtual central axis of the hollow part of the wax, and a thread guide may be provided so that the thread can pass through while always being in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the wax. . The most desirable position for supporting the wax is a position where ballooning occurs, but any position where the thread passes can be used. K Effects of the Invention: As described above, when the waxing device of the present invention is installed at the ballooning position, the thread slides as if rolling on the inner circumferential surface of the wax. In addition to being able to remove wax, the yarn is uniformly waxed immediately after being pulled out from the tube yarn, which has the effect of reducing the occurrence of fluff during the winding process using wine goo. Further, since the balloon breaker can be installed in place of the balloon breaker that was conventionally installed in the wine goo as a countermeasure against ballooning, there is an advantage that the space occupied is extremely small. In general, many wine goos are equipped with a waxing part inside the tensor box, but this device can be used for wine goos that are not equipped with a tensor box, or for wine goos that are equipped with a tensor box but do not have a waxing part. Once installed, waxing can be performed.
