(Prior art) In recent years, vehicle headrests have been developed that have transparent window holes that communicate in the front and rear directions in order to make the interior space look larger and to ensure visibility at the same time. Due to the complexity of the skin, it is not possible to cover the skin with an integral skin form, which has disadvantages such as poor light resistance and texture, and the inability to change the design. (Structure of the invention) The present invention involves embedding and integrating a core material into the back surface of a bedclothes body provided with an appropriate number of window holes, and placing a skin material on the surface of the bedclothes body, with the end portion thereof positioned on the back side of the bedclothes body. A core material is embedded and integrated into the front head rest member which is covered with the front head rest member and the front side of the bedclothes having an appropriate number of through holes, and a skin material is placed on the surface of the bedclothes so that the end portion of the bedside material is attached to the bedside body. The present invention is characterized in that the rear headrest member, which is placed on the front side, is connected and integrated with a connecting member that tightens both core members.

(Embodiment) Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment. Reference numeral 1 denotes a front headrest member, and the headrest member 1 is made of a synthetic material such as polyurethane foam provided with an appropriate number of window holes 2. A protrusion 6 with a hole 5 formed on one side of a core material 4 made of a hard synthetic resin or the like is embedded in the back surface of the bed material 3 made of resin foam or other material, and the bed material 3 is inserted into the hole 5. A part of the body 3 is filled and molded into one piece, and a skin material 7 made of woven fabric, leather, or any other material is applied to the surface of the body 3 so that the end portion 8 thereof is on the back side of the body 3. The core material 4 is positioned and covered with adhesive or tacked. Reference numeral 1' denotes a rear headrest member that is paired with the headrest member 1, and the headrest member 1' has a core on the front surface of a bed material 3' made of synthetic resin foam or other material provided with an appropriate number of window holes 2'. The material 4' is integrally molded with a protrusion 6' having a hole 5' formed on one side thereof embedded in the bed body 3', and woven fabric or leather is applied to the surface of the bed body 3'. A skin material 7' sewn from fabric or other arbitrary material is covered with the end portion 8' thereof positioned on the front side of the bedclothes 3' and glued or tacked to the core material 4'. This core material 4' also has a rectangular frame-shaped head 9, legs 10,
The head 9 of a stay 11 made of a pipe having a vertically extending structure 10 is formed by insert molding, and only the legs 10, 10 are made to protrude from the lower surface of the headrest member 1'. These front and rear headrest members 1,
1' are integrally connected back to back with a large number of connecting members 12 such as retainers disposed on both core members 4, 4' and manufactured into a product. In addition, window holes 2, 2'
In this case, as shown in the figure, the net frame 14 on which the net 13 is stretched is interposed between these core members 4 and 4', and the net frame 14 is screwed. The net may be attached to the head 9 of the stay 11 using a fixing device such as the like, or the net may be attached directly to the surface of the core material 4'. In the figure, reference numeral 15 denotes a bead interposed at the peripheral edge between the head rest members 1 and 1'.

With this structure, the front side is covered with a skin material 7 on the surface of the bedclothes 3 with a core material 4 embedded and integrated on the back surface so that the end portions 8 of the skin material 7 are located on the back side of the bedside cloth 3. headrest member 1 and a core material 4' on the front side.
A rear head rest member 1' is manufactured separately, and a rear head rest member 1' is covered with a skin material 7' on the surface of the bed body 3' which is embedded and integrated so that the end portion 8' of the skin material 7' is located on the front side of the bed body 3. However, since the two core members 4 and 4' are connected and integrated by the connecting member 12 that tightens the core members 4 and 4', the surface of the headrest for a vehicle equipped with a window hole is covered with the skin material. For the first time, it became possible to commercialize a product. In other words, in vehicle headrests with window holes, integral skin foam has been unavoidably used because when covered with skin material, the end portions are exposed and look unsightly, but according to the present invention, integral skin foam is used. The terminal parts 8, 8' of the members 7, 7' are the headrest members 1,
Since it is sandwiched between 1' and is not exposed to the outside, it has an extremely good appearance, and has an excellent decorative effect on woven fabrics, leather fabrics, etc., and the skin is made of various materials that are light-resistant and have a good texture. I can do it. In addition, if the head protection net 13 is attached to one of the core members 4' as in the embodiment and the whole is connected back to back, the net 13 can be firmly stretched over the center plane within the window hole 2. The headrest for this type of vehicle retains the features of ensuring visibility and ventilation, and can safely protect the head in the event of a collision or sudden stop. , there is no risk of damage. Furthermore, since the headrest members 1 and 1' are manufactured by dividing into front and rear parts, manufacturing is easy.
In addition, since the cushion bodies 3, 3' can be integrally molded with the respective core materials 4, 4', they are securely held by the respective core materials 4, 4', and there is no fear of them falling off.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention has the front and rear headrest members having window holes butted against each other and connected and integrated by the connecting member, so it is difficult to use a skin material due to the complicated shape. It is possible to cover the headrest with a window hole, which could not be done previously, with a skin material of any color, pattern, or material. It has extremely great practical value as it eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional headrest.
