いるが、第3図のような形式だと、駆動の際に、基板1

ル8との間の接点部分に生じる繰り返し応力の為、フォ
ーカス用コイル9あるいはトラッキング用コイル8が断

材に半田付することにより、可動部を駆動する際に、コ
イルが振動しないため繰り返し応力によるコイルの断線
がなく信頼性の高い対物レンズ駆動装置の設計を可能に
