ル開度センサと、検出された冷却水温度が所定温
度以下でかつアクセル開度が所定開度以下のとき
に前記駆動装置を作動させてタービンホイールに
導入される排気エネルギ量を増大すべく前記可変
フラツプを制御する制御手段と、を備えたことを
特徴とする可変容量型排気ターボ過給機付内燃機
