[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is a bridge that spans between formworks that are assembled in opposing positions with an interval corresponding to the wall thickness of the concrete structure to be cast and formed, such as the side wall of a building. A pin that connects constituent members of a concrete separator that is used to tensilely support the opposing formwork against the lateral pressure load during concrete pouring. A connection part formed at the inner end of a flat plate joint member for constructing a concrete separator that can be fixed in a clamped state, and a connection part formed at the end of an intermediate bar for constructing a concrete separator are connected to a conical or A truncated conical shape or a substantially conical shape having a substantially conical peripheral wall portion and a truncated conical shape with a bottom, which is externally held on the intermediate bar with the large-diameter opening periphery of the peripheral wall portion in contact with the inner surface of the concrete formwork. The present invention relates to a pin for insertion joining and pulling out and separation within the internal space of an end treatment member.

As mentioned above, by setting the end joint position of the joint member and the intermediate bar that constitute the concrete separator with the pins in the internal space of the end treatment member, the mold can be used after concrete pouring. When the frame is dismantled, a pin is pulled out in the internal space through the large-diameter opening of the end treatment member, which is formed outward from the concrete surface, and the joint member and the intermediate bar are connected. It is possible to separate the joint, eliminating the troublesome and cumbersome work of breaking off the joint member located in the recess formed by the end treatment member as in the past, and making it possible to create a concrete separator as a whole. It has the advantage that post-treatment work on the concrete surface of the area corresponding to the bridge can be carried out easily, rationally and efficiently. On the other hand, the end treatment member does not need to be that large in view of its original function, rather, it is necessary to allow for easy post-treatment such as filling mortar into the recess. They are usually constructed to be as small as possible within the range, so the internal space is narrow, and in addition, strong tensile force is applied to the joints due to the concrete placement load. The frictional force between the pin and the connecting part is strong, and the resistance to pulling out the pin is significant. Therefore, when pulling out the pin in the internal space, it is necessary to apply force with your fingers while pinching the pin head. There was a problem in that it was not easy to pull it out when it was pulled out, and it was also difficult to knock it out with a hammer or the like due to space constraints.

る点に目的がある。
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention has been proposed to provide concrete that can be easily pulled out within the internal space using a screwdriver or the like, in a structure that allows post-processing work after concrete placement to be carried out advantageously as described above. The object is to provide a joining pin for a separator.

The joint pin for a concrete separator according to the present invention devised to achieve the above object has a pin shaft portion having a non-penetrating head portion at one end with respect to the two connecting portions, and a pin shaft portion having a non-penetrating head portion with respect to the head portion. The device has a characteristic configuration in that an impenetrable portion is provided for both the connecting portions at a position closer to the head, and an engaging portion for scooping out the pin is formed between the impenetrable portion and the head. However, the following effects were achieved.

In other words, when inserting and penetrating the concrete separator configuration joint member and the intermediate bar into each end connection part to join them together, the impenetrable part provided at a position slightly closer to the pin tip than the pin head is inserted. Since the pin gouging engagement part can be exposed on the pin head side in the joined state in contact with the outer surface of one member, the internal space of the end treatment member can be removed after concrete is poured. When pulling out the pin inside, for example, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. Although it has a strong pulling resistance when operated, that is, by operating a screw, it can be pulled out easily and reliably with a relatively small operating force. Moreover, since there is no need to insert fingers into a narrow space, the work is easy and the risk of injury is extremely low.

Therefore, by making extremely simple modifications such as attaching the impenetrable part as described above, it is possible to streamline the post-processing work after concrete pouring by eliminating the need for breaking off the joint members as described above. It has now been possible to provide an extremely practical pin for a concrete separator end joint structure that can be carried out efficiently.

In Fig. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes an assembled formwork assembled in a state facing each other across a concrete casting space of a required thickness, in which a plurality of concrete formworks 1, 1 are placed between their peripheral plates 1a, 1a. They are constructed by stacking them in such a way that they overlap and come into contact with each other. Reference numeral 6 denotes a concrete separator which is spanned between the opposing assembly forms 1 and 1 at a required interval, and as shown in FIGS. A flat plate-shaped joint member 2 that is inserted between the overlapping peripheral plates 1a, 1a of adjacent concrete formworks 1, 1 and can be locked and fixed to the formworks 1, 1 via pins 7, and the formwork 1. . Reference numeral 4 denotes an end processing member having a circumferential wall portion 4A having a substantially elliptical shape in side view and a truncated conical shape in longitudinal section, and a bottom wall portion 4C at the small diameter side end. integrally formed by molding,
In addition, by holding the concrete separator 6 externally with its large-diameter side opening periphery 4a in contact with the inner surfaces 1b, 1b of the concrete forms 1, 1, the concrete separator 6 is used to provide protection against the ends of the concrete separator on the poured concrete surface. This is to form a recess for rust treatment.

The concrete separator end connection structure constructed from a combination of the above-mentioned components will be explained below. When the joint member 2 is locked and fixed to the formworks 1 through the pins 7, The end connecting portion 2A is the end processing member 4.
The length of the intermediate bar 5 is such that it protrudes into the internal space 4B of the intermediate bar 5.
has a gutter-like shape when viewed in the longitudinal direction, and has strip plate pieces 5 extending outward from the upper ends of the opposing plate parts 5a, 5a, respectively.
b, 5b are integrally bent and protruded, and the joint member 2 is provided at the longitudinal end.
A connecting portion 5A corresponding to the side connecting portion 2A is formed to pass through the opposing plate portions 5a, 5a, and is formed at the bottom wall portion 4C of the end treatment member 4 with respect to its widthwise center position. As clearly shown in FIG. 4, a hole 4D for inserting the intermediate bar 5 is formed at a position slightly displaced from one side to the other. Then, in the properly assembled state, the end connecting portion 5A of the intermediate bar 5 inserted into the internal space 4B of the end processing member 4 through the hole 4D and the end connecting portion 2A of the joint member 2 are connected to each other. By inserting the pin 3 from the wide side in the internal space 4B, the intermediate bar 5 and the joint member 2 are connected so as to be able to be joined and separated, thereby forming an end structure.

As clearly shown in FIG. 5, the pin 3 has a non-penetrating head at one end of the pin shaft portion 3B provided with a knurl 3b for preventing removal from the joint member 2 and the connecting portions 2A and 5A of the intermediate bar 5. The pin shaft portion 3B is located slightly toward the tip side with respect to the head portion 3A, and has an annular shape that has approximately the same diameter as the head portion 3A and cannot penetrate the connecting portions 2A and 5A. A protruding portion 3C is provided between the annular protruding portion 3C and the head 3A, and as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. An engaging portion 3D for scooping out the entire pin 3 is formed by this.
