高温の金型への付着性をよくするためにワックス類(ハ
ラフィンワックス、ポリエチレンワックス、酸化パラフ
ィンワックス等)を多量に配合した水性離型剤が用いら
れていた。

て本発明の水性離型剤を得た。

水を加えて希釈した水溶液について、アルミニウムのダ
イカスト鋳造を行い、材料の溶着によって金型の研磨を
要するにいたるまでのショツト数、製品の仕上面および
寸法精度不良による製品の不良率をしらべた。その結果
を第1表に示す。
