従来の技術
ダイカスト用a型剤は油性glffi剤と水性離型剤と
に大別されるが、油性離型剤は引火の危険や発煙による

リコーン油等を界面活性剤を用いて水に乳化または分散
させた組成のものが用いられている。水性aX剤は、一
般には油性S型剤と比べて高温の金型への付着性がわる
いので、離型性において劣る場合が多い、そこでとくに
高温の金型への付着性をよくするためにワックス類(ハ
ラフィンワックス、ポリエチレンワックス、酸化パラフ
ィンワックス等)を多量に配合した水性離型剤が用いら

オキシドを反応させる公知の方法によって製造すること

実施例1

水を加えて希釈した水溶液について、アルミニウムのダ
イカスト鋳造を行い、材料の溶着によって金型の研磨を
