器に現像剤を補給するための現像剤カートリッジを挿入
するカートリッジ案内部を設けて成る画像形成装置であ
って、前記現像器の現像剤供給口に開閉自在のシャッタ
ー機構を備え、該シャッター機構の開閉動作を前記カー
トリッジ案内部に挿入される前記現像剤カートリッジの
現像剤補給動作に連動させたことを特徴とする画像形成
装置。
