Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the stagnation of airflow and increase the blow-off amount of air, by a method wherein an airflow deflecting vane, curved to one direction, is provided turnably in a blow-off port, formed between a rear guide, surrounding a fan, and the stabilizer of a front panel. CONSTITUTION:When airflow direction is desired to be blown off upwardly, an airflow deflecting vane is held horizontally thereby to reduce a corner between the end 5' of an airflow deflecting vane 5 and the upward piece 3' of a stabilizer 3 by the curvature of the end 5' and the stagnation of the airflow is reduced. When airflow direction is desired to be blown off downwardly, the end 5' of the airflow deflecting vane 5 is held downward vertically thereby to eject the airflow (b1), generated by a fan 1, along the end 2' of a rear guide 2 and the upper part of the airflow deflecting vane 5 is inclined to the inside of the front surface of a front panel 4. Accordingly, the vane 5 is inclined to the direction of a blow-off port without intersecting with the airflow (b1) orthogonally, therefore, flow resistance is reduced and the scale of eddy current (a1) may be reduced. According to this method, the scale of the eddy current may be reduced and air may be blown off efficiently when the airflow deflecting vane 5 is held horizontally.

<Prior art> As shown in Figures 3(a) and 3(b), the configuration of the cross-flow fan of the blower conventionally used in air-conditioning islands, etc. consists of a rear guide 2 surrounding a 7-an 1 and a front Panel 4
A flat wind direction vane 5a that does not curve in any direction is installed at the air outlet formed between the stabilizer 3 and the wind direction vane 5a when it is desired to blow air upward. is kept in a nearly horizontal state. Therefore, in this case, since a large space is formed between the inner upper surface of the wind direction vane 5a and the upward 3° part of the stabilizer 3, a spiral flow a' is generated in this space, and the wind direction vane From the outlet between the lower surface of 5a and the extended upper surface of aid 2, airflow b'' such as cold air or hot air is obtained, and when the airflow is desired to be directed downward, the airflow direction blade 5a is moved as shown in FIG. When the vertical position is shown in (b), airflow 1.
Since the wind direction vane 5a is flat, the wind blower 11 collides almost at right angles, and is then blown downward due to the increase in internal pressure.

<Problem to be solved by the invention, α> However, in the above conventional example, when the wind direction blade 5a is made horizontal, as is clear from what is shown in Fig. rjS3 (, ) and Fig. 3 (b), The space formed by the wind direction vane 5a and the upwardly facing 3° part of the stabilizer 3 is wide (because of this, stagnation occurs and a sufficient amount of air cannot be obtained to the outlet, and the wind direction vane 5a
When the rear airflow is made vertical, the airflow along the rear side id 2 collides with the wind direction vane 5a at a substantially right angle, so that the force pushing it downward is attenuated, and in this case as well, there is a drawback that sufficient airflow cannot be obtained and the airflow is not effective. Effect> When the direction of the wind direction vane is changed, the corner space formed between the wind direction vane and the stabilizer is reduced by the curvature of the wind direction vane, thereby reducing stagnation of airflow and increasing the amount of air blown out.

That is, as shown in FIG.
A hot air or cold air outlet is formed between the front panel 4 and the stabilizer 3 of the front panel 4, and one end is formed between the stabilizer 3 and the front part 2' of the rear guide 2 as shown in FIG. A wind direction blade 5 having an angle of 5° upwardly curved by θ (15° in this case) is attached so as to be maintained in a horizontal or vertical state.

That is, the main point of the present invention is that the direction of the curved inclination of the wind direction blade 5 is such that when the separate I/ri 5 is in a horizontal position,
The tip 5'' is curved in a direction facing the direction of rotation on the circumference of 7 mm, which also means that when the end 5'' of the wind direction vane 5 is in a vertical position, the other end is in front. The bending structure is such that it curves inward from the outer surface of the panel 4 toward the stabilizer 3.

Next, to describe the operation of the wind direction vane of the present invention related to the above configuration, when it is desired to direct the wind upward, by making it horizontal as shown in FIG. A part of the corner of the upper piece 3 of 3 becomes smaller due to the curvature of the end 5, which reduces the stagnation of the airflow, so the scale of the vortex a due to stagnation becomes smaller, and the wind direction blade 5
Sufficient air flow can be obtained from the outlet between the front end portion 2' of the rear guide 2 and the rear guide 2.

Also, when you want to direct the wind direction downward, by directing the jlff+5' of the wind direction vane 5 vertically downward as shown in Fig. 2(b), the airflow b1 generated by the 7-angle 1 is directed to the tip 2' of the rear guide 2. The upper part of the wind direction vane 5 is inclined inward from the front surface of the front panel 4.

Therefore, the air flow does not intersect at right angles (it is inclined toward the air outlet), so the flow resistance becomes smaller and the scale of the vortex a becomes smaller.

In this way, by curving the tips of the wind direction vanes 1115, the shape that causes flow stagnation is corrected to smooth the airflow.
