触回転させて該クリーニングブラシからトナーを

であつて、該クリーニング手段が画像形成プロセ
スと関連して前記像担持体に作動及び作動解除す
るように制御される画像形成装置のクリーニング
装置において、前記クリーニング手段が前記像担
持体から作動解除せしめられた後も前記クリーニ
ングブラシに対しバイアス電圧の印加を暫時継続
せしめることを特徴とする画像形成装置のクリー
