- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 実質的に透明なベースフイルム層と、遮光
性粘着剤層及び保護フイルム層からなる遮光性マ
スキングフイルムであつて、上記保護フイルム層
には、ノングレア処理層を形成すると共に、その
少なくとも片面に、点又は線のうち少なくとも一
方で形成された切抜き目安用の模様を施して成る
切抜き目安用模様付き遮光性マスキングフイルム
。 (2) 保護フイルム層におけるノングレア処理層
の表面粗さが最大値で０．５〜１０μｍである実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の切抜き目安
用模様付き遮光性マスキングフイルム。 (3) 切抜き目安用の模様が格子模様である実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項に記載の切
抜き目安用模様付き遮光性マスキングフイルム。 (4) 格子模様が１〜５mm間隔の碁盤目模様であ
