る乾式逆火防止装置にあつては、装置が小型化し
てはいるものの逆火時のガス遮断箇所が1箇所で
あるために、逆火圧力による遮断弁の激しい摺動
により遮断シール材が損傷し易く耐久性に劣ると
共に、逆火防止の確実性に劣る欠点があつた。

パー面とした筒状本体内に、先端部に受圧器を連
結しかつ後端部に逆止弁を設けると共に上記本体
の段部のテーパー面に対応する位置にシール材を
取り付けたピストンを摺動自在に内蔵して構成し
た逆火防止器である。

を遮断してガスの供給を停止すると共に逆火炎の
逆流を防止出来、一方逆火はフイルターを通過す
る際に冷却、消炎することが出来る。

実施例 図により本考案の一実施例を説明すると、第1
図及び第2図に於いて、1は左ケース2及び右ケ
ース3よりなる外筒4に内蔵された筒状の本体で
あつて、内壁面の所定位置には環状溝5,第一テ
ーパー6及び第二テーパー7が夫々設けられ、か
つ先端内壁は環状段部8を介して幅広に形成され
ると共に該段部8の部分にはガス通孔9が穿孔さ
れている。10は前記本体1内を摺動可能なピス
トンであつて、先部にはガス通孔11を有すると
共に外周に前記環状溝5に嵌入し得るストツプリ
ング12を有し、更に中央部外周の所定位置には
前記本体1の第一テーパー6に密着し得るシール
材13が取り付けられている。また該ピストン1
0の後端にはスプリング14によつて付勢された
逆止弁15が嵌入され、この逆止弁15の後端に
は前記本体1の第二テーパー7に密着し得る逆止
弁シール16が取り付けられている。次に17は
本体1の先端内部を摺動可能に内蔵された受圧器
であつて、ピストン10の先端と連結し、逆火時
には本体1の段部8に密着してガス通孔9を閉鎖
し得るものである。又本体1の外部には逆火炎を
消炎する為のフイルター18が本体1と同心的に
取り付けられ、更に前記ピストン10と本体1の
間、本体1とフイルター18の間及びフイルター
18と外筒4の間には空隙が形成されて夫々ガス
通路19,20及び21を形成している。22及
び23は夫々気密性を保持する為のOリング及び
シートであり、24は右ケース3の後端に取り付
けられたナツトである。

ガス通路19を遮断する。そして逆火炎はガス通
路21を経てフイルター18を通過する際に冷
却,消炎されるものである。又、ピストン10が
後退したときにはストツプリング12が本体1の
環状溝5に嵌入し、ピストン10、逆止弁15及
び受圧器17は夫々前記ガス通路を遮断した状態
でロツクされるため、逆火圧が減衰してもガス供
給は停止されたままであり、これによつて逆火消
炎後の生ガスの流出を防止し得るものである。

つ完全に出来ると共に耐久性にも優れ、更に全体
として小型軽量であるため作業性にも優れている
等の特徴を有するものである。
