止させるか、第6図に示すごとく硬質樹脂のフラ
ンジ部gと該フランジ部の下部へゴム状弾性を有
する軟質樹脂hとを二重射出成形したパツキンi
を介して係止することは実開昭57−176913号公報
で開示されている。しかし第5図で示す係止構造
ではクリツプeが弾性材dを強く取付部材aへ圧
縮するために弾性材dの弾性機能が失われ、この
部分での制振、遮音効果が薄れ、また取付部材a
に穿設された孔fより水等が浸入して取付部材a
を腐食させることとなる。また第6図に示す構造
ではパツキンiによる防水効果はあるものの制
振、遮音効果の対策はなされておらず、また本願
考案の如き厚手の弾性材をクリツプするには適し
ないものである。さらに、特公昭48−9867号公報
に開示されている構造では、弾性材が強く圧縮さ
れてその弾性機能を失うとともに、水封性が十分

た係合部が形成されており、該係合部が前記取付
部材の取付孔に挿入された際に、端部が前記取付
部材に圧接され取付部材と頭部の間で弾性力が働
くような筒状弾性体が前記胴部の周囲に一体的に

る。第1図乃至第4図に示すごとく、クリツプ1
は合成樹脂で成形されたものであつて後述の弾性
材11に当接して該弾性材をとめる平板状の頭部
2を設け、該頭部の下面につくし状の突出部3が
設けられ、該突出部は胴部4と膨出部5とでな
り、胴部4と膨出部5との間に係合部6が形成さ
れている。前記胴部4の外周に筒状弾性体7が設
けられ該筒状弾性体7の中間部に蛇腹状の伸縮部
8が形成されておりこの伸縮部8に依つてクリツ
プ1を取付けた際に取付部材9と頭部2との間で
弾性力が働くようにしている。次に取付部材9の
上面16には発泡ウレタン等で形成された弾性部
材12の下面が接着され、弾性部材12の上部に
はブチルゴム等で形成された表皮材13が貼着さ
れ、さらにその上部には基部に毛を設けたマツト
14が載置され、弾性部材12、ブチルゴム表皮
材13、マツト14で弾性材11が形成されてい
る。弾性材11には前記クリツプ1の筒状弾性体
7が挿通する挿通孔15が設けられている。次に
クリツプ1の取付について説明すれば、いま弾性
材11の挿通孔15に前記クリツプ1を挿入し、
さらに取付部材9に穿孔された取付孔10へクリ
ツプ1の膨出部5の先端を嵌合させ、取付部材9
の方向へ強く圧すれば膨出部5は取付孔10を貫
通して取付部材9の下方へ突出し、係合部6は拡
