の貯蔵が必要となり、騒音、大気汚染、水質汚濁
等の公害問題の一つとして炭塵飛散による周囲環
境汚染が問題としてクローズアツプされている。
このため、屋内貯炭やサイロ貯炭等により炭塵飛
散を防止する方法も検討されているが、設備コス
ト的に屋外貯炭方式が最も有利であるため、この
屋外方式を採用する例が多く、これに対する効果
的な炭塵飛散防止装置が要望されている。
