Conventionally, this type of drying device, called a dryer, places clothes in a rotating drum, rotates the drum to agitate the clothes, blows in hot air from one side, and exhausts the high-temperature air that has absorbed moisture from the other side. Drying progresses little by little, during which time the clothes are continuously stirred and kneaded by the drum for 30 minutes to an hour.

Such a dryer has the disadvantage that clothes are seriously damaged by friction caused by rotation and agitation for uniform drying. In particular, when foreign fibers or materials were mixed in, serious damage was caused to carvings such as brassieres.

In addition, the exchange between the air outside the drying room and the moisture-absorbing high-temperature air is slow, and the air from outside the drying room is always mixed in with the moisture-absorbing air being discharged, resulting in poor drying efficiency, which takes time and money, and can cause damage to waste. There were drawbacks to it. 5. The object of the present invention is to provide a device that can efficiently dry clothes without damage while hanging them on a hanger.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. There is a case 2 inside a box 1. The case 2 is made airtight, and the accordion is shaped like a bag, and the front side opens into a door 30 and a frame 4, so that it fills up inside the box 1 and contracts as shown by the dotted line 5. A lower part 10 of the case 2 is airtightly connected to a hot air generator 11. Hot air generator 11 (as shown in Fig. 2, this is equipped with a blower 12 and a heater 13 that can reversibly blow and exhaust air and generate appropriate positive and negative pressures. A, B, and C are each switched separately.

When wet clothes are hung on the hanger 9 of the drying device configured as described above, the door 3 is closed and airtight, and the hot air generator 11 is activated as shown in FIG. Air is introduced into the case 2 from the inlet/outlet 1''C through the heater 13, and the case 2 is expanded and enlarged to fill it with heated air.

When a predetermined amount of air is taken in as shown in Figure 2 (b), the heated air circulates inside case 2 and increases the temperature and humidity. If the inside of the case is 70℃ at this time, theoretically is 1 atm and will be saturated in a 276 f'H20/kg storm, but in the example the atmospheric pressure is higher than 1 atm, so it is approximately 300 gH2O/kg flJj
Absorbs QA/L moisture and dries clothes.

Next, the air outside the drying device is introduced into the case 2 again as shown in FIG. 2(a). At this time, if the temperature of the outside air is 18°C, the air at 18°C is theoretically 13 daH2
Since it is saturated with 0/I false QAA, it is 1 at this temperature.
Even if air containing 00% water vapor is introduced, the temperature will be 70℃.
When this air is heated, it contains only 4% moisture at the same temperature, so the air is almost completely dry. It is extremely efficient to absorb moisture from clothing. By repeating this operation, clothes can be dried quickly.

In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a part Q of the drying chamber 14 is provided with an outlet 15, and when the drying chamber 14 reaches a predetermined pressure by the operation shown in FIG. continues to be discharged from the discharge port 15. At the same time, air outside the drying chamber corresponding to the discharged air is introduced into the drying chamber 14, and high-temperature air can be circulated within the drying chamber 14 as shown by arrow 16.

In this embodiment, the inlet/outlet B can be omitted by simply turning off the heater and rotating the motor in reverse, and there is no need to switch the inlet/outlet, which simplifies the device.

In the embodiment, a partition screen was inserted, but this screen is not only useful for drying clothes, but also has the effect of smoothing out air when exhausting the inside of the case. In addition, if the partition net emits far infrared rays, clothes can be dried more efficiently, so it is more effective when the material is heavy, such as artificial leather or denim.
