【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は、被処理物の粉状体が網面に付着する
事による目詰まりを起こさない様な振動ふるい用
付着防止網に関するものである。

〈従来の技術及びその問題点〉 振動ふるい機用の網は、それをふるい機本体に
取付けて用いるもので、通常は網自体の両側辺に
フツク状の取付具を接続し、この取付具をふるい
機本体に取付ける様にした構造をしている。例え
ば実公昭54−45256号公報の第1図〜第3図に示
される形態又は網に緩みが生じないが為のものと
して同第4図に示されている様な形態である。即
ち従来からは、出来るだけ網に緩みが生じない構
造という事から、少しでも強力に網と取付具を接
続するという点が重要視されて来た。確かに網に
緩みが生じれば上記実公昭54−45256号公報中に
も示されている様に、網がバタついて裏のサポー
トフレームの先端と絶えず接触衝突を起こし、網
を損傷するという事があるので上述の様に網に緩
みを生じさせないという事は重要である。

上記実公昭54−45256号で示される如き各種の網
は、網を構成するワイヤーその物に張力を加えて
いるが為に目詰まりが生起し易いのである。網自
体に張力をかければそれだけ網は強く固定され、
網自体でのバタつきを起こす事なく、結果的に網
目に粉状体が付着するのである。この粉状体の付
着は、被処理物が湿つている場合には更に激し
く、一時的には殆んどふるい作用をなさなくすら
なるのである。従つて、網の下側にタツピングボ
ールを上下動する如く配設し、該タツピングボー
ルの打撃で付着物を落下除去する方式や、網面上
に鎖等の重量物を配置しその振動で網面を叩く方
式等が考えられているが、そのいずれも網の損傷
が大である割にはさほどの効果を奏していないの
が現状である。

〈問題点を解決する為の手段〉 上記目的を達成する為の手段は下記の通りであ
る。即ち所要間隔置きに略平行に並置したプラス
チツクあるいはゴム等の可撓性素材より成る複数
本の両端開口状パイプの上部に、網本体を載置接
合し、該各々のパイプに同パイプ内壁との間に間
隙が生じる程度の外径を持つワイヤーあるいはワ
イヤーロープ等の芯材を挿通し、同芯材の両端を
パイプ両端から突出せしめ、該芯材の両端突出部
を直接又はフツク金具等の取付具を介しふるい機
本体に接合し、上記パイプ及びそれに一体的に接
合されている網本体はふるい機本体とは接合され
ていない構成としたことを特徴とする振動ふるい
用付着防止網である。

本考案の網は、網本体1、該網本体裏面に装着
されたパイプ2及び該パイプ内に挿通される芯材
3とから構成される。網本体1としては特に限定

れでもよい。この様な網本体1の裏面に第1図及
び第2図に示す様に、適宜間隔を置いて略平行状
にパイプ2,2,……を装着する。このパイプ2
はプラスチツクやゴム等の可撓性で好ましくは弾
性をも有する素材から構成し、その中にワイヤー
やワイヤーロープ等の芯材3を挿通し、その両端
を突出せしめておく。

パイプがある為に網本体と下部のサポートフレー
ムとが直接接触衝突を起こす事はなく網本体を損
傷するという事はないのである。
