Natural and/or synthetic rubber adhesives, acrylic adhesives, etc. are used. Most of the adhesive is dissolved in an organic solvent such as hebutane, and then applied to the support surface and dried to form an adhesive layer. Therefore, there is a problem that the organic solvent remains in the adhesive, and the unpleasant odor peculiar to the organic solvent remains in the adhesive tape or sheet. In addition, in the case of a hot-melt adhesive that does not use an organic solvent, since the adhesive layer is formed by heating and melting the adhesive, it has an unpleasant odor such as the smell of burnt organic compounds. When these tapes or sheets are used to seal cardboard boxes, etc., there is a problem that these unpleasant odors are transferred to the contents through the cardboard box. This becomes a serious problem especially when the contents are food-related.

。The odor-reducing compound used in carrying out the present invention is capable of reducing odor and is not particularly limited as long as it can achieve the object of the present invention, and volatile compounds are usually used. Particularly preferred are odor neutralizing deodorizers.
Odor-neutralizing deodorizers have the ability to weaken or eliminate odors by appropriately combining odor-producing groups such as carbonyl groups and carboxyl groups present in substances. be. For example, by combining a compound with a putrid odor such as ethyl mercaptan and a compound with a camphor odor such as cineole, the putrid odor disappears, and a compound with an almond odor such as benzaldehyde is combined with a compound with a camphor odor such as cyclohexadecanone. There are examples where the almond scent disappears by combining these. For example, linear polymeric compounds such as lignin collected from trees and plants [for example, Airchem 105 (
(manufactured by Daiichi Kogyo ■)] etc. are exemplified as odor neutralizing deodorizing agents.

In particular, in the present invention, it is preferable to use a hot-melt adhesive that does not require a drying process, and in this case, the odor-reducing compound in the base material is difficult to scatter, so that the effects of the present invention are more clearly exhibited. In other words, the odor-reducing compound is relatively volatile, so it easily scatters from the porous substrate. It will volatilize onto the adhesive layer. Although the adhesive layer is also formed into a film, it has more pinholes than laminate materials, so the odor-reducing compound evaporates little by little from these pinholes, so it will not last for a long time. Can remove unpleasant odors from adhesives, etc. Furthermore, since the odor-reducing compound is contained in the base material, the adhesive performance is not impaired.

Prepare a 10% aqueous solution of Qm) and apply the odor-neutralizing deodorizer to the opposite side of the support from the laminate layer using a roll coater to a weight of 0.3g1rd to completely impregnate the base material with water. Leave at room temperature until ready.
